Feeling lost confused and distant from everyone? Me To

Ive been quiet online and everywhere ive not been myself in any aspect, Ive had a feeling of lost feeling like i dont truly fit anywhere and more and that's leads down a dark road in my mind and feelings. Its alot im dealing with alot on multiple levels cancer and just normal life things
I still dont feel like i described what im feeling good at all but I tried
