We're almost 10 years removed from highschool and I ran into him at the grocery store and he STILL has that same pre-pubecent voice. It's strange because he's clearly a grown man (albeit short - 5'5) but has a middle school boys voice I've also met numerous woman who have very high voices despite being clearly grown woman. I found it strange at first then remembered my friend from school. Some people can "develop" "deeper" voices, (much like a voice actor manipulating their voice to create different sounds) it's just more comfortable for some people to use their "normal" voice which just happens to sound higher pitched

@@daimon_w4685 No, that's Tanaka Rie, not Kuwashima Houko, you got her mixed up. I looked through the 2nd half of the video when the cast were introduced, and Houko wasn't among them (understandable, this was only the 2nd episode and Kagura hadn't debuted yet)
