Grazie!
Thank you for pronouncing mozzarella the way it’s supposed to be! My Italian heart is happy (and hungry)
The shots of it being kneaded are mesmerising
People so worried that the workers are not wearing gloves. I believe they forget that the cheese is made from something that is squeezed out of a live cow.
Good point!!
Shannon Palmer yes, in most professional kitchens they don’t use gloves. gloves are disgusting anyway, I would much rather use my uncovered hands that are consistently washed and cleaned rather than a pair of gloves that touch everything and cross contaminate and remain unchanged
Not to mention that it's loaded with salt and its sitting in brine (very salty water). People don't realize that such high levels of salt completely obliterate bacteria.
I wouldn't eat it out of that guy's hand like that it's disgusting, but if it was a women then it's ok
@@johndawd4616 hmmm.. Is this kind of gender discrimination? Did you know why most of the chefs in Japan are all men ? because they are very strict to hygiene and before women in Japan were discriminated because they believe that having menstrual period is not hygienic to touch food. Now that they're accepting more women chef because of modern era. I don't know where did you get that fucking logic. Is it because if it made by a man's it is disgusting and if it is made by a woman it is so clean? SMH
I’m literally crying because it looks so good and amazing
U r right
The things I watch when I'm hungry...
Stefen Colalillo same, better go eat now tbh.
Same here
I watch stuff like this every time I eat Pizza😄
The things I watch when I'm high
How stupid we are
Sigh
Washed hands are more clean then plastic gloves ... Why are people so obsessed with gloves ... They are not gonna die if cheese is made with hands ..
hands are fine...until you notice the hairs O_O
@@eechenglee1369 eeeeeee 😂😂😋😂😂😂ok now I get it ...... Still hairs don't shed like head hairs even face has hairs fine hairs not coloured but they are their ...
thats just not true if you use one time gloves
@@eechenglee1369 Which, if they're gonna fall out, as you're so terrified of, will do so *when the hands are washed.*
Yeah, some people think that their way is the only way.
Everyone complaining about her saying mozzarella in Italian obviously didn’t watch the entire video she also pronounces the location or shop in Italian.... she lsnt forcing lt you can obviously tell she speaks Italian. When l speak English and when lm mentioning something that ls Spanish origin or has a name in Spanish l pronounce it in Spanish because l am fluent and it’s my first language .. and yes l speak with a perfect American accent. She isn’t forcing it that’s how you pronounce the word in Italian......... anyone that speaks 2 or more languages does this ... calm down
Also l read a comment that was in English with some Italian words thrown in and because Italian is a Romance language l pronounced them with a Spanish accent in my head.... even if It’s not pronounced like that in Italian... that’s just how my Brain registers it
Yeah I get the same thing. I know Arabic and English and end up pronouncing everything in another language with some kinda Frankenstein half french/half Arabic accent xD
she is forcing it. she slips at 4:20 mark and says it like american pronunciation.
pronunciation is about where you are (i.e., who you're speaking to) - it's not just origin of a word. US and UK pronounce oregano _very_ differently.
Went here while on vacation based on your recommendation and video. Absolutely delicious. Best mozzarella I ever had. Thank you!
*_Comment Section in a nutshell_*
75% comments fighting about how she says "mozzarella"
20% comments about how the workers don't use gloves
5% regular comments
Theres always picky people whining about something.
Thanx man you Saved my time !!! ;)
i think such stats should be displayed on top of every comment section. And RUclips should employ you to perform this task rather than Ai
Internet in nutshell.
☺☺☺☺
What's with the comments?? I don't find her accent annoying. I just know that she is really helpful in explaining each procedure and it's really educational.
Maybe because I'm an Asian... But pls do not critisize the her :)
If you don’t find it annoying just ignore the comments
So I went from 'Faith in humanity restored' to 'Elephant whisperer' to 'How to make mozarella'. The beauty of RUclips
My dream is to eat a freshly made warm mozzarella. Looks so good!
From the comments I assume that Americans really love plastic, cause if you try to make mozzarella with plastic gloves they will melt because of the temperature.
Bare hands is best
paolotoletto well we like to eat clean foods
@@blessedgirl8756 there's a fine line between clean and processed
blessed girl, have you ever eaten a pizza? It is made bare hands.. but more in general all food (when you eat in a restaurant for example) is handed with no gloves in the majority of the cases :) no food is perfectly clean. The ready-to eat mixed salad (the one coming in plastic bags) for example contains millions of bacteria.. which our body is perfectly able to kill :)
@@blessedgirl8756 you think it's cleaner to wearing plastic gloves instead of washed hands? You fool 😂
Her accent in speaking the various Italian words not only 'mozzarella ' is really cool. Authentic
Damn it looks nothing like the "mozzarella" we have in the U.S. im jealous lol.
It's getting easier to get cow's milk mozzarella in the States these days. There are a lot of people learning how to do it, and selling it at Farmer's Markets as well as small shops.
Thomas J umm u can get that here to buddy
Thomas J Isi
Thomas J wait so not only do americans have weird orange cheese but yall dont even have real mozzarella??
We don't have this in the U.S? Well I'm sure the quality isn't as great as the one in the video, but I see all many types of mozzarella when I go to Publix lol
So satisfying. Beautiful.
Completely jealous at the 4:15 mark. I mean... who has never wanted to do that before?
I do it daily 😉 fantastic
i miss italy so much!! i was stationed in vicenza 89-92
I love it when her accent changes whenever she says mozzarella 😂
cancelledt she doesn't have an accent. She is saying Mozzarella the correct way
You're so lucky to have been able to go there I'm so jealous I don't really like cheese or British mozzarella but I loooovee real Italian mozzarella I miss it so much, can't wait to go back to Italy!
1am
My brain: do it, watch how mozzarella is made
lmfaooo
I love how she says mozzarella. It's just makes me smile
It's the proper Italian pronunciation
In Italy we don't need gloves, because we wash the hands
It's still unhygienic, washing your hands doesn't make your hands permanently sanitized.
@@jenniewright3045 even the gloves don't
@@jenniewright3045 I guess you haven't worked in either a food factory or a kitchen workplace.
Whoa wtf? I dreamt of reading this comment section
For me its more so the hair on the hands and arms that grosses me out....if i saw someone stick their hands down in there i wouldnt be able to eat it....hence why i cook all the time vs eating out.....i cannnot.....🤢
Mozzarella cheese and Cream cheese are my favorites cheeses. Thank you. Nice video.
Mozzarella looks ridiculously fun to play with.
Grand Moff Tarkin it does doesn’t it?😂
The more you tighten your grip, Tarkin, the more mozzarella will -slip- squeeze through your fingers... ;)
great work by these workers making delicious chesse
Elizabeth is pronouncing Mozzarella the correct way. It's called Italian folks.
TMS Fleming it's also called annoying
NO, she's using an Italian accent, that has nothing to do with pronunciation.
Zoid Burg No. That's actually how mozzarella is said in Italian.
Dementos that's exactly what Zoidberg just said
not really.
My mouth is watering!! There is nothing like fresh mooozeeee just made!
so cool😍 thx for this informative video❤
I dont eat mozzarella cheese but I really like the looks of it it's so gorgeous
She's saying "mozzarella" like that because she can speak Italian. Don't give her shit for it, she's probably just used to it
Kn1cknackz0 still sounds pretentious 5he way she says it.
it's not pretentious if you know how to say it properly. I am italian and she says mozzarella perfectly and that is much appreciated
TheMadAvenger oh no, I'm not saying that is IS I'm only saying that is SOUNDS very pretentious..
what does it mean that it sounds pretentious...she is saying in the right way and I don't hear any "pretentiousness". Could you explain me what you find "pretentious" in the way she is pronouncing Mozzarella? I think you're being ridiculous
TheMadAvenger yeah. exactly
Those cut slabs of curd look so satisfying.
I really like the way she's saying mozzarella
Elias's screen lol she's saying it the right way
100,000 subs No videos She's sounds like she's trying to copy Italians, with her American accents it sounds extremely annoying. The Italian actually sound good/cool saying it since their accent goes well with the pronunciation, she just sounds like a American copying them.
I'm Italian and her pronunciation of the name is pretty good, very similar to how an italian would pronounce it 😊
Genji Shimada ... Hey nitwit? Yeah fyi she's Italian , so her pronounciation is correct
Genji Shimada ofc you're a genji main -_-
Looks so Good! Now I need to go 2 the store
I'm eating Mozzarella while watching this
Great vid, great music
I wonder whats the name of the music or song?
@@gopimishra9541 i dont know but, try to play first 10 seconds of the vid on pc and use shazam app on your phone. It should get you correct result.
Why are so many people complaining over her saying "mozzarella"? It's not exactly a big deal..
Also the mozzarella looks delicious, mmm
Its because she completely lacks an accent whenever she speaks any other words, then you can tell shes over-accentuating the word "Mozzarella".. Thats all. Its like talking about Mexican food casually with an American accent, then out of nowhere rolling your R's for any Spanish word.
Cbelkster yea she might be Italian. Go get some MOZARELLA
+Cbelkster well...she needs to use the italian accent for italian words. Why should she use the italian accent while speaking english? Doesn't make sense
Cbelkster shes actually prenounciating it perfectly...
Tom Ellsworth mozzarella*
It looks like white silk💖 yummy yummy yummy 👏👏😋👍
I envy you 😭😭 we don't get fresh mozzarella in this country I miss the taste of fresh mozzarella for breakfast 💖💖😭😭😭
I want to put all of that in one pizza !
it's so unique..I wish I can visit Italy one day
she is pronouncing "Mozzarella" Right.
Its The Right Pronounciation.
Ze Face no one cares, it's irritating
Slappy Dapper It's motr irriating to hear it pronounced motserella with a generic American English accent.
Slappy Dapper I don't really see how it's irritating if she's saying it properly. I don't know how you pronounce it but...
Ze Face is right - it's irritating it doesn't matter if right or wrong.Among all the accents Italian is the worst, can't stand it
Slappy Dapper Ignorant.
Stunning!
If mozzarella basically means to cut the cheese. Then a fart is technically mozzarella. My mind is blown. Next time I mozzarella on a bus I'll say "ex-HUE-se"
Did not expect to see you here. Your just full of suprises arnt you. Just like you full of "mozzarella".
officer401 "Did you just mozzarella?" Lol
I'd really NOT like to taste the mozzarella you're producing 😂😂😂
Lots of love from Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh, India 🙂💜
Mozzarella is spelled in germany like this too, it makes no difference. XD I don't know an other spelling of that word. I love the rolling 'r' in that word.
Nice music in background.
yeah I wonder where I could find this particular music from the video?
Seems like the special ingredient is an ounce of arm hair for each pound of cheese.
bkboggy hahah xD oh god! With my luck in that plastic bag I'll have some thing extra in water floating around beside mozzarella
bkboggy mmmm yum xd
thats what makes it so good
Here health and safety is apparently loosely interpreted. LOL.
Don't eat it, more for me ;P
So crazy how things are made. It’s like who was sitting there and said hmm if I do this plus this and then that at this temperature and that this way I’ll end up with this and it’ll have this texture and taste
European's have been making cheese's far longer than American's..say over 5000+ year's. I would trust an un-gloved Italian making Cheese than an American-Italian who wouldn't know that Spaghetti and meatballs is not an "Italian" food. And if one can make me a Fettuccine Alfredo without Cream or a Ragu made with Rabbit and White Truffles and placed on Tagliatelle..I would be surprised. Now can we talk about why American-Italian's don't usa la mozzarella di bufala aka Mozzarella made with Water Buffalo Milk? I asked one American-Italian restaurant owner who was newly arrived from Napoli this...he whispered in my ear in Italian "Shhh ... Non così forte! ... Non voglio che questi stupidi americani conoscano il tuo segreto! Lascia che mangino le cose americane di plastica ... non sanno niente di meglio.".
This video made me so happy
4:10 all i want to do in life
Love the music. And cheese.
ORIGINAL Mozzarella is produced in Campania between the provinces of Caserta and Salerno. It 'a typical local product. Umbria have other cheeses. www.mozzarelladibufala.org/dop.htm
Yes, buffalo milk mozzarella is made only in Campania. But , cow milk mozzarella is made in many other regions of Italy.
They both taste equally delicious. I recently moved to Italy.
Nice music selection to compliment cheese :)
See video about italian food.
My brain: Funiculi Funicula
Thank You For Amazing Video. We love mozzarella cheese
... This whole cleanliness freak-out came out with the industrialization. This is precisely what they sold - "cleanliness" and if you bought from peasants you were a dirty freak that eats from the ground. And you don't want to be that guy, do you guy?
I eat from the ground and so did my ancestors and so did yours. Matter of fact we used to eat dirt when we were kids, your body adapts and becomes more resilient the more you don't act like a total pansy with it. Hair? Dirt? Fly's? that's probably how some of these cheeses were discovered. But you don't think that far, you can't see any further than the slogan they sell you at the supermarket and act like an entitled piece of shit when these men give you the fruits of their work.
Any man, no matter his color, age what have you, is going to be extra careful with the fruit of his labor, because he's PROUD of it. It's proud first money bonus with corporations it's money first and everything else that makes me make more money. If dirt in the cheese is not going to make me lose money, you can be damn sure there's going to be dirt in the cheese.
And you may think, "well you know damn well that dirt in the cheese is going to make them lose money so "money comes first" is an efficient quality guarantee" and I say, Sure!, hair and dirt in cheese will make them lose money now, but dirt is symbolic here, it can be anything that you don't see and don't feel immediately, like preservatives, chemicals, flavor enhancements and so forth. What we feel is gross now, won't be to the kids tomorrow, our views on right and wrong, tasty and yuck change, but the bottom line is as long as the money comes first, your health will always be second. STOP feeding this monster that is only interested in money and look towards people that take pride in what they do. Think for yourself, go meet your cheesemaker or make a friend with a guy that likes cheese and knows his cheesemaker, make connections, talk with people, stop disconnecting yourself from the world you LIVE in.
Thanks for your words
Very interesting film.
I thought the correct pronunciation for Mozzarrella was Babada-bubidi. I heard it on Family Guy so it must be true.
OMG!! 😂
Its paparapupi
Beautiful

Im an engineer. And tust me its more cancerous to cook with a gloves.
I am an electrician and I approve that
i am a philosopher i second that
Wtf does that have to do anything? Lol idiot.
I watch you tube and I approve of this.
This is so satisfying to watch 😅♥
Maybe her pronunciation Mozzarella sounds inauthentic because it clashes with her American accent.
You don't speak italian, obviously. Her accent is perfect.
I'm not Italian, but this is so interesting. Seems fun.
1:09 looks like tofu
Me gustaria trabajar alli para comer bastante mozarella, jajaja que rico me encanta el queso mozarella y cuando hago pizas o pasticho le coloco bastante.
Can someone tell me why there is FRENCH!?? accordion music on an italian cheese video?
ITALY IS ON FRANCE
It reminds me my boss from Italy 👍 I love mozzarella cheese.
Italians are so nice. I can't believe they were once fascist.
1m1337noSh1t good one
siddharth b Not all italians were fascists. There were also italian "partigiani" . Actually a lot of people were.
We’re all fascist on the inside.
Kristus är vår Frälsare, Halleluja Chill out, damn
Look at the symbol of the bundle of rods with the axe , thats the true symbol of fascism and is in the US congress building . The Nazis were welcomed with open arms to the US after WW2 , and the fall guys got put on trial , they took the real scientists to USA , UK and Russia .
Grazie Elizabeth!
Drinking Game: Every Time She Says "And" Or "Uh" Take A Shot c:
Looks delicious
No offence, but with such a strong accent putting on an Italian accent when saying 'mozzarella' just makes you sound like you're taking the piss, but I bet you're not...
My ex was Italian and she was the same, fucking excruciating!
I can't make it to the end... do you hear yourself?! lol
You're just jealous you can't say mozzarella like an Italian.
EntTcy It's cringy It's like she tries to act smart or feel superior are you an italian well... vaffanculo stronzo
Zoid Burg her strong American accent???
i need to eat some of that mozzarella cheese it looks delicious!!!!!!
MOZELELA

Actually it's pronounced "Mozzarella", just like it's written 😂😂

That accent is so forced

Lovestruck how .... do you .. force your own accent.....??????
That's..her actual accent.....
Wow the three replies was connected😂😂
So much funny and joyful
Nice hairy mozzarella
Ronil Singh yep.. indians are hairless
Ronil Singh everybody seems to be bothered with the pronunciation instead of the hairy arms looking all wet being pulled out of the curd 😓
Beautiful
Please wear gloves
Rayan Aww, is the American used to the American ads telling him his food industries are perfectly hygienic? Sorry to disappoint you here, but the US has one of the most loose regulations regarding food quality and safety. You are much more likely to catch germs from American food than from this handmade mozzarella.
the fast food workers at the mcdonalds you go to say the wear gloves but actually just touched a raw patty with their hands and just made that salad with their hands
Never make cheese with gloves, ever.
Yeah sure, if you want melted plastic in your mozzarella
designamk1 Yeah there is. They're working with boiling water and hot cheese. Gloves would melt and they cant feel the cheese directly to check if its good
Look amazing! Great video... liked and subscribed
You need to do more videos like this about food around the world
This looks so good😭!
this music is funky
Wonderful🙏🙏
Thank you for sharing this video!
