In America, a comforter is a thick blanket for your bed. I spent way to long wondering why Phoenix would bring a massive blanket out of the house on a day out 🤦♀️
@Tanisha Battista we use quilt/comforter interchangeably here (in the southern us anyways)
qk1001 That’s interesting, up north we use comforter for the thicker blanket, and quilt for the thinner blankets with decorative stitching on top.
Where I am its somthing you use when your sleeping to help you sleep. It could be anything
I've always known a comforter as a second thin layer that is put on a mattress

Seriously? As soon as they get attached to a particular toy you go out and buy two or three of them!! Thats what I did. I also rotated them so they didn't get worn to the point of falling apart, she didn't know one from the other, with planning they even all smelt the same. Shouldn't discontinue, pff, you should be organised!!

When I was two, I had this comforter called Raggie and my mum was shopping in Tesco’s and I had put it on a shelve whilst I was in the trolley. My mum then spent ages walking around Tesco’s asking everyone if they had seen it. She found it.. I’m 15 now and still have him. 😂

this is how I know I am old. there was no ebay when I was Phoenix's age lol if I lost a toy and the store didn't have it, I was SOL and better have found a new favorite toy😂😂😂😂
My sister lost the specific pacifier that she's had since she was a born on a trip to Pennsylvania so my parents apparently literally bought a whole array of pacifiers lined them up on the bed and had her go along just stick one in her mouth see if she doesn't like or if she likes it it until they can find a replacement one.
After that Friday the 13th video, you're definitely a lucky man for finding that comforter! 😂👏

THAT WAS BRILLIANT!! my niece when little forgot here baby doll when she was 3 in a hotel room at the coast and my brother in law had to go back - a 3 1/2 hour drive - to retrieve it - or she wouldnt stop crying. That would have been wonderful to have had at that time! simply well done!

I totally relate! This happened to me! I left my soft toy in M&S when I was three .... all hell broke loose once I realised. Thankfully, someone had handed it in to Customer Service, so we went to collect it the next day. And, I also lost it on a BA flight, miraculously it was handed in there too! Serious meltdown material for a little one, not surprised Mum was pissed off :D
