I kinda have to say that his design is lazy. It is nice that he is a Zero lookalike, but I wanted him to have his own unique moveset, they decided to just copy paste the movesets as well.
Tbh, his design is God awful, it's just zero but without his facial features and blue. He also just look like in gameplay your typical super op character that you will never get.
