    Am I going crazy or did it swap from the bottom intake being blocked to the top intake being blocked?

      I have no idea, this siren is really weird. It seems like that is the case, the bottom intake opened and the top closed after a bit of time.

      Could it be possible it's doing hilo but the flasher is slow asf?

      @@HSETMit seems that might be what it is, as there have been cases of flasher malfunctions like that.

    How long does Attica test their 130 test for?

      I don't know. I have not been there yet. Most of the towns in the county except what seems to be Knoxville go for a full 3 minute alert. So I would guess that Attica does that too.
