😬MG, I just finished a re-upholstery job on a ‘64 C10. The lower seat springs on drivers side were garbage & had to rebuild that entire side…Luckily found the broken replacement spring on eBay (original GM NOS spring) I needed, but cost me $65 just for a single spring. I had to fabricate the main seat spring tension bar out of 3/16” bar stock & took me almost an entire day just for that! Anybody got an idea of a fair price to charge for de-rusting & rebuilding this guys seat? My wife is an upholsterer, but we didn’t factor in all the “other” repair costs mentioned above.
Chris, yes most seat fir that year all used Bulap ,I don't know why yours didn't, as,for me I had 5 broken springs, lucky a friend in Riverside Ca,sold me the missing springs !, hey how the truck now ? I haven't seen any new videos

Me either. It’s gonna look amazing once the carpet and everything is in!
Amazing that the bottom of the seat didn’t have broken springs to repair. Nice work

@@fistteam for an upholstery it all depends where you are at. Thank goodness mine was good.
Looks great! The advantage of spending a bit more and buying a quality set of new/replacement upholstery
Oh yes it feels amazing. I love it. I’m so ready to ride and feel so good in this. I’m just so ready to drive
Looking good Chris. Like the color, may change my 64 from black to brown. The sun should help with wrinkles. See you next video.
Yes I hope the few wrinkles go away but it still came out amazing. And the color is fantastic. See you next video Darryl!
