First of all mixing politics with religion is huge mistake and we are still following that term. Secondly if you think discrimination is not exist then you are wrong, discrimination is clearly exist in exile community and also in parliament too. These khampa are stubborn but they tried to follow the right path so that in future no one can take advantage of the rule of law. That is the main concern but these khampa don’t know how to present and play nicely with diplomacy. If you bypass this problem, someone will take advantage of it in near future and a bigger problem will arise and you have no choice because the problem already exist and bypassed it. Good luck
