    📌 INGREDIENTS
    • 2 onions
    • 200g mushrooms
    • A bunch of parsley
    • 500g chicken (I used chicken breast and chicken thigh)
    • Oil for frying
    • Salt, dried garlic, and pepper to taste
    • 100g cheese
    • 1 egg
    • Oat flakes or corn flakes
    📌 INSTRUCTIONS
    • Finely chop the onion.
    • Slice the mushrooms.
    • Chop the parsley.
    • Cut the chicken into small pieces and blend it in a food processor.
    • In a frying pan, heat the oil and cook the onion until golden.
    • Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook well.
    • Season with salt, dried garlic, and pepper to taste.
    • Finally, add the chopped parsley and mix well.
    • Place a portion of the minced chicken on a cling film.
    • Cover with another cling film and roll out with a rolling pin.
    • Remove the top cling film and add the mixture from the pan.
    • Place a few slices of cheese on top of the mixture.
    • Roll up the chicken, sealing the edges well to keep the filling and cheese inside.
    • Brush the roll with beaten egg and coat with oat flakes or corn flakes on both sides.
    • Bake in the oven at 190-200°C (375-400°F) until done.
