This Buffalo recorded 7.220 Kg milk in the morning and 6.260 Kg milk in the evening. This total milk 13.480 Kg of this Buffalo is being converted into Curd and then in the morning of 11.03.2018, the curd will be churned to take out the Ghee out of it, and thus to verify the 2Kg Ghee per day production, claim of the Buffalo owner Sh Maman sir.
