How to Test VT200 VT200-L GPS Tracker with Voice Monitoring or Two Way Communication Function?
Hello, this is Ruby from iStartek, we are quality factory for 2g 3g 4g GPS Tracker and 4G Router, this video we will show how the VT200 or VT200-L connect the microphone and speaker for voice monitoring or two-way communication function.
We need to prepare one Computer
One mobile phone with Two Sim Card one for the tracker and one for your phone
One VT200-L GPS Tracker with it’s power cable
One Microphone
One Speaker
One VT200-L USB Cable And 12V Power supply
Firstly, insert the SIM card when the device is off.
Secondly, connect the microphone to microphone port, connect the speaker to speaker port.
Thirdly, connect the device to the external power supply, the VT200-L red wire connect to the external power supply red wire, VT200-L black wire connect to the external power supply black wire.
To make voice monitoring and two-way communication function work, we need to set authorized phone number by PC software Parameter editor or SMS Command.
First let us show how to set up the voice monitoring or two way communication function through the PC software Parameter editor.
Please connect the device to computer with VT200-L USB Cable, check the port on computer - device manager.
Open the parameter editor, choose the corresponding port, click OPEN, you can see the lower left corner shows connected.
Click READ ALL to read the configuration information in the device, then click AUTH, maximum 3 authorized phone numbers can be set, let’s fill in the first authorized phone number.
If you want to set the GPS Tracker with Voice Monitoring function, you can select auto monitor;
If you want to set the two-way communication function, you can select auto answer, then click write.
