Ragas Basant, Paraj & Deepki (Dagori) by Pt. Ratnakar Pai

Pt. Ratnakar Pai (1928-2009) was a renowned vocalist & guru of the Jaipur Gharana.
In spite of failing health in the last few years of his life, he came to IIT Bombay campus and sang in the concerts arranged by Prof. Milind Malshe & his disciples.
This is a video recording dated 21st September, 2008 giving us a glimpse of his voice and gayaki. In about 30 minutes, he has sung bandishes in three ragas: Basant, Paraj & Deepki ( popularly known as Dagori).
