Then we work on four things of the student: - 1- ACADEMICS 2 - SKILL DEVELOPMENT 3 - PERSONALITY 4 - VALUES AND ETHICS SKILL DEVELOPMENT means we encourage the students to learn practical and technical skills since school days only, so they don't remain unemployed. Hindu is a geographic location not any rigid belief ( things I don't know to be true but I believe ) system kinda. we are seekers cause we don't know with proof what's true.We have concepts like the rule of karma to live a better life. And if you think about God we are free to choose whatever ideas we think will make us better humans and pray to him or her as a deity (cause we aim to become like them ) Ex:- Shiva - destroyer of evil ( that's the core belief ), Rama - great human being, Saraswati - Artist ( music and arts ). but the ultimate god is one Brahman the source of all creation. so it's different for all of us even inside the family also. We all have different visions to be the best version of our self so my mum worship( i.e. pray or meditate on "Shakti" ) I may Pray to "Shiva" ( the ones we aim to be like) to aim for the best version of our self spiritually. Umm like every member in family has different jobs right some may be doctor some may be artist some may be a housewife all are doing the best they can right. Ok... Sadhguru gave an alternative to using those chemicals but, the last question was...what to do about the peer pressure when it seems to be all around you...that is a tough question in this day and age, especially when in school and social settings...my only advice is, to keep from becoming a total social outcast when you find that situation happening, do not say anything...find someone who is not drinking or smoking and form your own clique...when being pressured, just shake your head in disgust and leave...I try to avoid it altogether...the people who think it is "cool", really do not have the mental capacity, so sign language may be necessary when saying no...I hope whomever asked that question finds the right path...

Someone asked about Hinduism I'll try to explain the best I can.
Hindu is a geographic location not any rigid belief ( things I don't know to be true but I believe ) system kinda.
we are seekers cause we don't know with proof what's true.We have concepts like the rule of karma to live a better life. And if you think about God we are free to choose whatever ideas we think will make us better humans and pray to him or her as a deity (cause we aim to become like them ) Ex:- Shiva - destroyer of evil ( that's the core belief ), Rama - great human being, Saraswati - Artist ( music and arts ).
but the ultimate god is one Brahman the source of all creation.
so it's different for all of us even inside the family also. We all have different visions to be the best version of our self so my mum worship( i.e. pray or meditate on "Shakti" )
I may Pray to "Shiva" ( the ones we aim to be like) to aim for the best version of our self spiritually.
Umm like every member in family has different jobs right some may be doctor some may be artist some may be a housewife all are doing the best they can right.
Similarly we can all follow different spiritual goals to be the best version of ourselves.
Imagine all of my family and everyone around is engineer :| following one rigid path.
Impossible I won't wanna live in a world like that.

When he made Dyana linga in isha yoga center intense drained from him at that time he got very weak n aged much faster after that he gained his energy back now he is changing the ways of world into more joyful inclusive sensible society

You know Bill gates and Steve jobs? Actually not. He didn't studied all the subject to pass University. He was one of the best student. He studied only his subjects through whole day night without getting tired. And became scientists in his subject. And introduced or invented so many thing for this rich world.
To get good job you need to pass certain level. But what if you have very very good knowledge on your only subject and you have not any degree or certificate? They will not going to hire you.
So be your own entrepreneur. Both did the same thing.
We do pooja out of fear confusion when things are unanswered,things when not happening well just to divert your mind in the form of some activity,just like a sychiatrist suggest people who are suffering from psychology issues afetr something happened which disturbing our thoughts ,to do some differentf activity to divert

I have seen on TV when Sadhguru is sitting before hundreds of people in South India, with huge Lord Shiva in the background on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri and preaching.

He said he doesnt necessarily find a need to lean on rituals for his wellbeing but the audience should know how its done as not everyone has cultivated same level of their body,mind and energies so as a common ground for everyone to practice he does it in front of his audience..he has attained a stage where even if he doesnt do it he will be blissful and concious. Upon that ritual is not a problem, problem isif strongly you become identified with it...if you cant keep up by yourself without practicing it . Its a Problem if it becomes compulsive.. sadhguru does it conciously not out of compulsion..
Whatever you do if you do it conciously, then its not accidental in nature
Why will he want to promote meditation and yoga to enhance people's capabilities if he is fooling around then he should promote alcohol and drugs..like the pop culture 😂

Why Sadhguru denied he didn't do Pooja Rituals,
Linga Bhairavi consecrated By Him only, i watch the Aarti in his Channel, the whole Pooja Rituals are done by ladies and Sadhguru. Why said ,didn't do those stuffs, little bit confusing.

Ok... Sadhguru gave an alternative to using those chemicals but, the last question was...what to do about the peer pressure when it seems to be all around you...that is a tough question in this day and age, especially when in school and social settings...my only advice is, to keep from becoming a total social outcast when you find that situation happening, do not say anything...find someone who is not drinking or smoking and form your own clique...when being pressured, just shake your head in disgust and leave...I try to avoid it altogether...the people who think it is "cool", really do not have the mental capacity, so sign language may be necessary when saying no...I hope whomever asked that question finds the right path...

@@dekondasrikanth Well, When I said ritual, I definitely meant routine. Sadhguru himself said when he is sitting for discussions like this, it helps to sit that with leg crossed. He himself explained that it is related to awakening one Chakra. Then I noticed that almost all the discussions he sits like that. This was an exception. that is why I was curious..

One more thing, 'awakening one chakra' This sentence might be for every one to follow it. U and I are not sure if one of his chakra is awakened or not.
