Everything looks amazing! I love the idea of making lace. Some mean lady said no more crafts that you have to but stuff for, or it was me. It's still very tempting to ignore myself! For now it will have to stay on the someday list.
"Why am I like this?" I dunno, but you're sure not the only one. Bunny, looking up from chewing on and throwing around paper pattern scraps: "Carry on."
@@bookhoarding, I did a little bit of it when I was younger. It's similar to cross-stitching in some ways (counting threads as you embroider), and none of it is terribly difficult, but you can end up with some really pretty things. All in straight lines and angles, though, no curves. And traditionally it's all white-on-white with no colors, but it looks really pretty if you use colors.
Thank you for the video! I have a question about the tape lace. What form of lace is the tape lace? Is that crochet or bobbin lace, for the lace tape? I'd like to make my own and I'm not finding anything helpful for making my own. Tia!

I often think "no more crafts" but then.... Stay strong though!

speaking of bunnies and crafts, mine always know when i'm working on something delicate and they want to nibble on that specific thing first.
If you're interested in yet another craft that ends with a textile that looks like lace but is technically embroidery, look up Hardanger embroidery.
Omg I have two hardanger kits I was gifted and I’m very intrigued by it

I believe it’s a very simple bobbin lace.
@@bookhoarding ah thank you!
