DJ Vlad discussed the reason why he turned down Joe Budden's request to do an interview on Akademiks' show. Vlad revealed that he does not have any issues with Budden, but they would need to have a serious conversation before doing an interview together, a step Budden seems uninterested in taking. Vlad has often created his best content by interviewing individuals with whom he has had disputes or issues, including his favorite interview on Drink Champs with Nore, which gained more than 1.1 million views. DJ Vlad further indicated that unless serious harm has happened during these disputes, including threats of violence or significant money loss, they usually can be resolved to allow for collaborative work to proceed, benefiting all parties involved.
