講到湯粉嘅話，食雲曬成個兩廣地區最好食應該係海南嘅后安湯粉，新鮮豬雜+豬骨湯，粉細且薄，每碗都係現煮的，而唔係好似廣東啲湯粉咁淥熟再加湯，廣東啲粉太厚又鞋
应是水东街边，好吃的是，猪脚粉

先做好湯底是必要的, 無論中國或日本的湯麵都一樣 !
