- It's so simple....Mommy & Mama! It's not confusing at all.
We are Ebony and Denise, a two-mom family with three kids; Olivia, Jayden & Lucas. Denise and I have been together for 12 years and married for 8 years. We love recording family-friendly videos and sharing our lives with the world.
We hope to inspire, inform, and connect with people who can relate to our story and might consider sharing their own story of “coming out.” Coming out is a journey of self-acceptance, and we hope to inspire the courage in our viewers to be authentically who they are. We would like for our viewers to realize that the life they envision living is in fact possible. That having a partner, career, and family is possible in spite of being stigmatized by society.

I have two moms as well but I call my biological mom - mom or mommy (still haha) and her partner by her name. I had the same issues/my mom's did that you two run into with Olivia when I was a little older than her 🌟🌈 You all are the best!

I call my mother mum, I don't talk to my dad and I call my mum's parents Mama (Pronounced Mah Mah) and Beepa because my sister couldn't pronounce grandma and grandpa. It's funny because Mama is Chinese for mother (my grandma's Chinese) and we call our grandmother that

I called my Mom Mon amie (my friend in french) She was my friend and it sounds close to saying mommy. That is why I called her that. My Dad, I called Daddy.
My first word was Dada when my mom tried getting me to say momma n dad walked in 😂🤣 foreshadowing that I had a stronger bond with my dad vs my mom.

I call my mom mama and I call my dad daddy it's the only way my parents knows which child is talking to them because me and my younger sister's we all three sound a like on the phone unlike both my brother's

I don't understand why its confusing because even if she called you both mom you'd know who she is talking too. She's looking right at you. XD And I called both sets of grandparents the same thing when I was a kid (memere and pepere) and I was never confused. People are so silly.

That's not confusing at all Mommy and Mama are two separate words. Everybody calls their parents differently. It's just no-one else's business.
I call my mother Mama and used to call my father (passed away a long time ago) Papa.

So because I don't have a great relationship with my parental units, I say Mother, but I do call my father Dad... but to give a better answer, my mother's side of the family called there father pap. My uncle who married my mother's oldest sister goes by pappy. My children call my Dad abuelo. His parents are great momma and great daddy for all of their great grandchildren, that my son started, as he is the eldest great grandchild. I was trying to teach him to say great grandmama and great grandaddy, but he was in speach therapy for a while and made his own language up... the names stuck.
I don’t see any confusion. Like we all (mostly) have different names... seems normal to me..... my youngest calls me Mumma. My older two (adults) call me mom.

Growing up our daughter called me mommy and my wife mom or momma, now she is 19 and calls us both momma. There is 2 parents just like a heterosexual or other families.

It makes perfect sense to me. Two parents. One is Mommy and one is Mama. Get with it people, there are so many different variations of family and they are all valid and amazing. I see three kiddos with two loving parents. My girls call me Mom and Mommy. My son calls me Ma, and Mom.
