@16:37 the Guys one boss telling him he had no problem with him leaving for calls , under one stipulation , that he returns to work safely , is one of the coolest things I ever heard a boss tell a volunteer firefighter , it conveys , no problem and that the boss loves his worker and wants him to be safe , different kind of people up there I guess . Total respect for a community like that !
Thanks for coming to the UP! I hope you did some other fire departments during your visit! I’m the Mayor of Ishpeming, if you ever come back here, let me know and I’ll try and hook you up! Love your videos!
Awesome station tour love it by the way your Yellow Rescue rig Engine 3 the Air Port truck was in my state of Maryland used by our Fort Detrick Army Base as there foam Engine 503 nice to see it again glad your putting it to good use up there In Michigan God Bless
Could I possibly make one small suggestion for videos that I've noticed in several past videos along with this one? Many times the firefighters will be talking about something and showing you, but the camera never pans over to what it is they're showing. Example in this one being when the young gentleman was showing the back of the bays and the lockers, etc. Just something small I've noticed in several videos. But love them and the channel, mate! Keep rockin! 🚒
There's a department in Wisconsin that gets less then that simply due to the physical position of their station. Some departments get very few calls all year, and some get swamped. Nature of the job.
C'est tellement drôle de voir la réaction des gens quand tu leur dis que vivre l'hiver avec 300 + cm de neige qui nous tombent sur la tête en 3 mois qu'il n'y a absolument rien là. 😂 It's so funny to see people's reaction when you tell them that living in winter with 300 + cm of snow falling on our heads in 3 months that there is absolutely nothing there. 😂

Thanks for watching
I think this was well done. I fell it showed the pride small towns take in their heroes and fire departments. Great job Hubbel Fire Department.
2003 HME/Central States, hale pump. It's my old FDs pumper. It was one of 2 that they ran
Oh really! So you were on Milton Fire in New York?
She's a beautiful rig and seems to serve Hubell well.
@@johngrathoff6854 I was....for Abt 13 yrs. This was ETA 533 the replaced the old Ford cab over that is sitting at gas monkey garage in TX
Love this Hubell Fire Department!👨🚒🚒🔥
I can guarantee you that the guy showing him around that the back of his hat says first in, last out
Actually it doesn't
Did he say 18-20 calls a year 🤣
its a tiny town... although my department runs on average 27 calls a day, last year ran over 10,000
Our FD in Hampton, CT, gets less calls then that most of the time. Rural areas are known for having less fire calls than medical.
My fire department get around 350 calls a year

Go troll elsewhere. Karen.
The Veteran's memorial was a beautiful surprise. It was so well done.
Should do a Station cribs of either City or Town of Beloit WI. Or both!
90 degrees for that part of Michigan in Summer?? That could be unbearable!!!! Where I’m at in Texas, we’d be thinking a cold front came through!!!
We get the occasional odd day like that in summer thanks to large amounts of humidity, but it switches in the blink of an eye come this time of year.
300 in of snow holy cow in Alabama we are lucky to get one in
You should do a Canadian fire department
@user-zr3bp1vd5b Hey troll, clearly you know nothing about this channel. He needs to be invited, before filming at a station.
Canadian paramedic here. should do a series on Canadian paramedic services
Why do i feel like this is a space station fire department lol
18 to 20 calls a YEAR?! That can't be right.
Rural area in the U P
Great video and Great Equipment with a Nice Firehouse.

@jacobpawelek6442 Instead of worrying about this video, maybe you shout get yourself an education. Learn to speak properly.
There is 48 states in the lower U.S
Alaska and Hawaii are off on there own the other 48 states of the USA are together
Yep we know. That’s why it’s in the description
22 calls a year????
That's a lot for that area.
