So actually an interesting detail is that its not Sukuna saying "Domain Expansion". We can see Sukuna prepare his hand sign, but the bubble appears on another panel, with black background and no arrow pointed towards Sukuna. So what actually happens is Sukuna (and it seems only Sukuna) hears someone say "Domain Expansion" makes a shocked face nad looks over to the smoke to see a Gojo ghost. Sukuna gets interrupted by someone while casting his domain. Also it doesnt make much sense for Yuji to kill Sukuna by crushing his heart, he has been chilling without if for like 10 chapters, and especially because he was getting the upper hand again and doesnt look worried about it at all.

Regarding Yuta and the 6E, there's a simple explanation of how it can be applied to the story. Gege described Yuta's powers in the Fanbook to be a case of an atavism as he genetically inherited his abilities from his ancestors, the Sugawara clan and specifically Sugawara Michizane. If the 6Es originated from Sugawara, then Yuta, because he's an atavistic case, might be carrying the 6Es as well. They probably have been suppressed or perhaps sealed in Yuta's moment of birth due to Gojo still being alive.
For me it’s Ghostjo symbolizing Sukuna’s impending demise. There is no way (imo) Akutami is pulling a Disney on us just now after having killed so many characters prior
If Gojo is really back i think, it will be to fight the merger if anything, not to kill sukuna, to be honest im not even sure of the merger will happen at this point.

It's the only thing that would justify: Gojo comeback, Megumi rescue made possible by Sukuna's loss forcing to leave his body to another one : the merger. It's also what would allow Satoru to wnd the circle between Kenjaku will vs Gojo's clan, but also leave enough time/events so Yuji get a last power up or at least activate his domain (I bet it has to do about ripping out a soul from a body in one shot) to give the final blow, and end the circle between his gemini Sukuna. A victory of Yuji would also be a victory of Gojo over Kenjaku's will, at the source of Yuji, but who got hijacked by his archenemy Satoru will over Yuji as his student.
Gojo's comeback would anything like fan service but a well thought scenario to end this arc.
The word Ghost in the Japanese is the same word that was for Kashimo when he was about to fight Sukuna, the likelihood of it being an actual ghost is slim knowing now that it’s not the traditional meaning of ghost in Japanese

The ‘ghost’ japanese word used to refer to Gojo is the same used for Kashimo in 237 before he became minced meat. High chance it’s the real Gojo, or at least, Sukuna isn’t hallucinating

Before listening to all of the video i would like to mention an idea of what the gojo that showed himself at the end might be, as sukuna solely focuses on selfishness, while gojo did for a bit but started focusing on the next generation, so it could be a form of symbolism of gojo’s ideals about to come on top over sukuna’s ideals. Not actually gojo being revived. I may be way off but i wanted you to see this and lmk what you thought of the idea of gojo’s mindset overcoming sukunas in the long run if that makes sense

I thought of the symbolic value aswell but I am not sure if Gege would end it an a cliffhanger for it just to be a symbolic message. The same message could be delivered by Gojo fighting with his students and not solo. Either way I think it is so interesting that Gege can create such a fun cliffhanger that turns the fandom upside-down.

I have a theory from chapter 223. Gojo's conversation with the old dude (Electric Guitar cursed technique guy) about panda, they were talking about some top secret information that would be ranked special grade, and how the mutant cursed corpse panda's process can be replicated. Its a information not even the higher ups know about, and this was exactly before the fight between Gojo and Sukuna, which just feels weird like why bring up panda now? Also we haven't seen the old man since then so ye thats might theory how he might be back.
I always assumed that the secret was that cursed corpses like Panda needed 3 souls. Everyone sorta assumes Panda is just Panda, but in the Kashimo fight we learn that Panda, Gorilla and their Sister are three different people sharing a body.

To my mind thing with "confused last 2 pages order" could be a hint that it may be not gojo. Pre last page with note that it's the end of the chapter could mean that it's not only the end for the chapter itself, but also the end of the fight, but as last page shows us gojo it could mean that the fight will continue. It might be not gojo, maybe Kenjaku survived somehow and possessed the body of gojo, it would have been very interesting to see. Because I'm sure that at the current moment sukuna is too weak already, and he probably won't win against Yuji that definitely will become even stronger, Todo, Maki, Ino, probably Yuta (he's definitely alive) and Hakari (he will 100% defeat Uraume). So there is 2 options, or Sukuna still holds back, which whould have been stupid, or he will receive help from someone else. I think Kenjaku will come back, and if it's him in Gojo's body, it would have been interesting. Besides all that it's strange that we don't see Gojo's forehead at all, looks like it's not shown on purpose.

I mean its possible Gojo probably sacrificed alot of his strength in order to theoretically revive. The obvious option being if he gave up a six eye meanjng his presence would be severely powered down which is possibly why Yuji hasnt noticed him. Ive always felt that this story was kind of an atypical "power of friendship" but ultimately the friends would come together and defeat sukuna both physically and idealogically (since hes all about being greedy). Its gonna be similar to the fight with Muzan where his overwhelming strength falters when he doubts his own beliefs in the face of "the power of friendship"

Great video. There's something I want to ask you since chapter 259, it could also be an idea for a video, do you think Maki was saved by boogie-woogie?. Because in the fight against Hanami, it was stated that in order for Boogie-woogie to work both targets needed to have curse energy. But we know Maki has none of that. So there's the possibility of Maki getting git by the flames, or maybe Todo’s tecnic improve so it can target even things with 0 curse energy. What do you think?
12:52 - Gege actually sorta confirmed that Kenjaku CAN and WOULD do this.
In the extras when he talked about Kenjaku's ability, he said Kenjaku would never take Toji's body due to it being incompatible with his CT. However, when asked why he wouldn't take Gojo's body, the answer was "It's impossible, Kenjaku can't kill him". Basically, the only thing between Kenjaku and that set of Six-Eyes is the fact that they happen to be in the body of the Satoru "The Strongest" Gojo. But if Gojo is actually dead.... Well, the main barrier disappears. There are no inherent barriers for the body hoping technique with a Six-Eyes user (though I assume if he does, something similar to what Geto did might happen again and Gojo taking over at the last second to ensure Kenjaku takes a final blow from Yuji or something).
Of course, currently the main barriers for Kenjaku to get Gojo's body are: 1. somehow being alive (and if he is, Yuta stocks are crashing), 2. getting all the way from the colony to their secret HQ somewhere near Shibuya (maybe the answer is Ui Ui, but how to do that is the hard part). Supposedly Gojo's body in their HQ is not guarded at all, considering the only person there since the fight started is probably Shoko and an increasing number of K.O'd sorcerers, and we know Shoko fumbled the bag once with Geto (assuming she didn't willingly give up the body, that was never fully explained), so I could see she fumbling it again.
He cant make use of the body to it's full extent with without gojos brain, that's the biggest part of his CE regulation

I saw a theory from Ant / ShamanUnholy on Twitter that I really really liked.
The basic idea is that Sukuna is seeing Gojo due to a delayed activation of Unlimited Void.
We saw in 258 that Sukuna used a different part of the brain undamaged by UV to cast his domain but maybe now that part is burnt out too and he uses the part that got struck during his fight with Gojo.
Or it was a binding vow made on the brink of death by Gojo, that under certain conditions UV would hit Sukuna with a delay. I think this would be really sick.
Is it likely? Not really, but it's a cool idea
Trust me sukuna is facing copyright issues because he used his domain hand sigh so I but really like gojos ghost is there because gege is doing something nice since most people were begging for gojo to be alive but it’s just a ghost but let him cook for next week

This is probably closest to the truth. Sukuna using the one handed seal is gonna have some unforseen consequences for him, and as a symbol for that a Gojo specter showed up to taunt him or smt.

I really hope it's a binding vow about losing his eye or something. Would be insane to get a Gojo "not OP" and thriving through actually getting a chance to get killed by non-sukuna ennemies. An unbored Gojo would be awesome. Actually having to calculate all of his fight. Not just being protected by an insane defense at all time. On the other note, sukuna being near death and seeing gojo would be a nice touch too. Either way is fine. If its not even those 2 options it's also fine by me ahah
If Yuta does have a copy of the 6-eyes, I feel it won't be as powerful as Gojo's, or will have some massive binding vow attached. Probably a 1 time use deal.

I don’t think that gojo is going to comeback and fight but rather he is going to be the reason why megumi wakes up and regains his will to live since sukuna’s body is technically megumi’s body. Since sukuna has taken what like 9 black flashes at this point? I bet the barrier between the two souls is about to break

Gojo came back from a fatal injury before. I think he sacrificed an eye in a binding vow to come back in exchange for half of his power. It lines up with his new desire to be a mentor to his students in a support role instead of being the strongest.
How, even a half strength Gojo would be enough for this Sukuna who was already struggling with a fatigued Yuji and Todo, there is also the fact that Gege only draw Sukuna's reaction to him and he didn't even did footsteps for Gojo like he did with other characters.
Everything makes this too suspicious for my taste.

He only managed to catch Gojo off-guard because he used a binding vow, so once again Sukuna is literally at 1% hp right now that even a half strength Gojo could one-shot him, so him coming back now makes no sense.

The only thing I think that can save Sukuna right now if Gojo is truly back is if somehow Sukuna figure out a way to initiate the Merger otherwise Gojo coming back is a overkill against this Sukuna.

Edit: It's highly probable that Gojo sacrificed his right eye through a binding vow in order to regenerate his body.
Once sukuna is at the end of the rope, he’ll cash in another binding vow to initiate the merger which will boost him considerably and peak gojo and his students won’t be his opponents. There’s 13 to 15 chapters more.

The reason I think taking Gojo's body is Kenjaku's final play is:
1) They never explained Kenjaku's technique
2) Kenjaku continues to act even after his head is severed but doesn't escape
3) They started dropping information about Kenjaku's experiments again (with Yuji's father reveal
4) Kenjaku's motives for Yuji haven't been explained
5) Very similar composition to Kenjaku appearing for Gojo with prison realm and appearing for Mahito
6) There HAS to be a Black Zetsu moment in JJK lol. I know people hate it (Black Zetsu) and don't want to look at the clear Naruto similarities. It's gonna happen. Merger is Infinit Tsukiyomi.
EDIT: Kenjaku says that a Six Eyes user pops up every time to stop him, so he'll need to find a way to make sure the Six Eyes don't interfere that is more certain than death.
Remember You could say metaphorical victory all you want but it doesn't really matter if HE'S not there to savor it, I think it needs to be gojo and just because no one else sensed him don't forget his binding vow could have changed his presence somehow if the author pulls another troll that's horrible writing in my opinion... I think it might just be a metaphorical apparition. We saw how using reverse cursed technique to heal your cursed technique itself was destroying the brain. This could be happening with Sukuna. Gojo got his nose bleed when he tried to activate his domain immediately back to back, here we see Sukuna trying to use his Domain again back to back as well. Next chapter we will probably see Sukuna start to panic, as he realizes his brain is fried because of his battle with Gojo and perhaps he will resort finally to using the Uzumaki cursed womb given to him and we can begin the end phase of this fight, I too am just about exhausted with fighting lol
My theory is yuji domain expansion allows him to use another meaning of shrine which is a place where the dead can contact the living, especially allowing him to revive all of his dead friends in the domain, this also makes sense with yuji saying “try to chew up me and my suffering” as his domain in this case would legit be him “puking up” all his trauma that he has “eaten” throughout the series

Once Yuji starts to concentrate… you already know black flash is coming. He’s already at Gojo level by activating black flash at will and rct is almost as good as Gojo and his CE is more than Yuta atm, else he would have run out CE long ago

Gojo has come back before and both Toji and Sukuna didn’t destroy the head/neck. Yuki was able to still fight Kenjaku while being cut in half as well. Binding Vows have now been exposed as canon asspulls because the sacrifice to pay for them is insignificant compared to the massive advantage that it gives. Plus they are inconsistent based on whoever is using them.
Sukuna using WS with wind up time is not a significant price so that he could one shot Gojo with it the first time. Miwa giving up her ability to swing a sword ever again in exchange to “try” to defeat the villains was a significant price to pay but the advantage was so minor it didn’t matter especially since she’s not the MC.
Gege has literally shown us the preferred treatment he gives to the villains that when the heroes now all of a sudden gain an upper hand it’s now called Disney Kaisen. Gojo sacrificing his Six-Eyes to return through a binding vow is significant.
It’s like Edward from FMAB giving up a toenail clipping (instead of his whole ability and knowledge of alchemy) in order to bring back his brother’s soul and body. People would have called bullcrap on that.
I really doubt he's coming back , thematically it just doesn't make sense since the point of people like gojo and kashimo was to finally be set free from tge loneliness that being the strongest of their era brings them

I'd rather see him come back and gojo sit on the sidelines watching as his students beat Sukuna ass and Sukuna realizing that even if he could be the students but gojo is still there. For the first time in his life he feels fear and maybe break a binding vow. Or I'd like to see him realize he can't run the gauntlet plus Gojo so that's what causes him to active the merger so he can potentially get away and recover but in trying to run breaks a binding Vow etc. I'd take anything over gojo coming back weaker than his students.

I would like to hear your thoughts on the last boss being Gojo's vengeful spirit as he died from the world being separated. Whether this would apply cursed energy to Gojo directly thus stopping him from coming back as a vengeful spirit would make him not only stronger, but perhaps take Tengen from Sukuna, thus being the Merger and stronger than Sukuna.
