The issue is you have new Tribal "Nations" (so-called) who don't have any historical claim to being a pre-Columbian tribal nation. And they're asking for the same status as the REAL AMERICAN INDIAN NATIONS... Like the Metis.. stealing First Nations' hunting grounds based on the claim of simply being Indigenous, not being a member of a First Nation.
