- Mrs. Pauline Givans is a INSPIRATIONAL JAMAICAN FARMER and a INSPIRATIONAL JAMAICAN Woman that has been farming for over 40 years in the community of Victoria in Clarendon Jamaica.
Mrs.Givans wears several other hats though as she is also a PRINCIPAL, a TEACHER, a JP, a Mediator, a MC, a PRAISE LEADER, a organizer, a Nation Builder and a Truely INSPIRATIONAL and Phenomenon Woman.
She is farming on several acres of Land, growing crops such as Yams, Plantains, pumpkins, Irish Potatoes, carrots, Red peas, Corns, Pineapples, Beetroot, Dasheens, green bananas, Cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbages and Strawberries.
Mrs. Givans is a true testament to Strength and Vigor of our people as Stated in the Jamaican National Ledge, A living breathing National Hero in her own right.

Awesome work keep doing what you are doing. Your agriculture practices could be develop in classroom assignments, A lesson plan that would teach the future generation how to develop effective agriculture practices that would feed the nation and create gainful employment especially for the young people i would love to work with her on this project as a supporter .I will be in jamaica this month of may and hope to meet with her.

This lady is an amazing human being, I cannot find enough words to describe her. She is a role model for her family, the community and Jamaica at large, so much grace and humility she is indeed a phenomenal woman.
This lady is very inspirational. It's only now we are truly hearing the voices of Jamaica through social media. 🙌🏽 She uses every minute, every hour, every day that God has given her. She has purpose and a great example for many. What a motivator, and encourager. She is so grateful and full of thanksgiving.

You need to plant trees to prevent the soil from washing away when it rains. The tree roots keep the soil intact. Lemon, lime, guava, mango , apple, pomegranate, avocado, jackfruit, almond, breadfruit, plum, soursop, sweetsop, orange, grapefruit, tangerine, cashew, nutmeg, cherry, allspice (pimento ), coffee, pigeon pea, june plum, hog plum, coconut, tamarind, star apple, custard apple, starfruit, cacao, papaya, sapodilla, lychee, and cinnamon. These are some of the plants/ trees to prevent the soil from moving.
Okk, I will suggest them to her so she can plant some of them
What are you talking about, look at all those trees and bamboo on the farm.. Whenever you torrential rainfall like last year, there's going to be landslides that's natural...

All rounder principal,my sons attended the Victoria ECI...sports days she take great parts..she carry them on field trips..but I seriously never knew she was so versatile in the field
