    Ingredients:
    Eggs - 4 pcs.
    Tomatoes - 2 pcs. large
    Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
    Onion - 1 pc.
    Garlic - 1 clove
    Chili - 0,5 pcs.
    Cumin - 0,5 tsp.
    Zira - 0.5 tsp.
    Coriander - 0.5 tsp.
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper to taste
    Olive oil
    Parsley
    Preparation:
    Cut the onions into small cubes.
    Dice the bell pepper.
    Heat a little olive oil.
    Over medium heat, fry the onion until lightly golden.
    Add the bell peppers. Stir.
    Cut half of the chili into rings. Adjust the spiciness to your taste.
    Chop the garlic finely.
    Add the chili and garlic to the vegetables. Stir.
    Dice the tomatoes.
    Add to the vegetables. Stir.
    Grind the zira, coriander and cumin.
    Add to the vegetables. Stir.
    Season to taste with salt.
    Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Turn down the heat.
    Beat in the eggs.
    Fry on the lowest heat for about 10 minutes.
    Season the eggs with a little salt.
    A little pepper.
    Chop the parsley finely.
    Sauté the eggs to your liking.
    Serve with parsley and bread flatbread.
