It really makes a LOT of sense to have these questions automatically embedded in your tasks list. So whenever I find that I keep on postponing an important/urgent task I can simply allow myself 5 mins to reflect on why and what I could to make it fun/easier to do. I love it. Thanks :)

Would you consider looking at Spoon Theory and building this into a template? The energy available is for me related to an ongoing condition. Procrastination can be a form or idling used as ´run up’ preparation which also conserves spoons. Neurodiverse or Neurological energy limitations often benefit from the language of Spoon Theory. Love your templates. It’s the sole reason I’m gradually transitioning my existing systems to Notion.

I also have an ongoing condition. He has an energy template on his Gumroad page.

I've read 18 books on this topic and still I tend to procrastinate. Thank you, I'll try your ideas

You can find the link to this template in the video description. It's not the first one. That confused me at first. It is for productivity. The template you want is called Dilly Dally

So instead of getting the job done, I should fill out a form as to why I’m not getting the job done? Seriously, that’s pure BS! Sorry!

if the task takes 1 hour to do, and it takes 30 seconds to fill out a form that could then stop you from procrastinating on the task, I think it's well worth the 30 seconds spent :)
