Today in this video I’am making Dalle Khursani ko paste which is very popular in Darjeeling and Sikkim.
Dalle Khursani (round chilli) is one of the hottest chillies found in the world.Itis also commonly called Akbare Khursani.Dalle Khursani is well known for its unique flavour and hight pungency.From Dalle Khursani we can make sauces,pickles and paste to increase their pungency and make them more flavourful.It is also known for its medical properties.
