Thus, Emmanuel Pous, curator of historical monuments, follows the reinstallation of a carillon of 64 bells in one of the towers of Rouen Cathedral. In the historic port of Rouen, Emmanuelle Real, responsible for the inventory of industrial heritage, tells how industrialization has shaped this contemporary landscape. Further on, in the valley, Pascal Pradié, Benedictine monk and historian, opens the doors of the Abbey of Saint-Wandrille. La SEINE un égout à ciel ouvert ;

Très belle région proche de Paris avec encore des espaces sauvages préservés. Ironie: Le pomme ' Canada ' ( reinette du Canada ) n'est pas du tout connue des canadiens, on en trouve pratiquement nul part, car très peu cultivée ( ancienne variété ). Le jardin de Giverny mérite d 'être vu au moins une fois, non pas seulement pour l'œuvre de son créateur Claude Monet, mais aussi pour la maison du peintre et son Musée. Par contre, grosse déception en ce qui concerne la configuration du Jardin qui est pleinement gâchée par la traversée d'une route qui le coupe en deux. On doit passer par un tunnel qui passe en dessous de cette route pour accéder à l'autre partie, l'étang aux nymphéas dont les peintures ont fait la renommée du peintre. Cette aberration urbanistique ne semble pas être prise en compte par la commune et le département afin de corriger cette fâcheuse situation qui enlève de la valeur à ce célèbre jardin...
