I was given my McCulloch by my father in law a good few year ago, after many years of being shown how to treat her right and look after her. She also the same age as my wife just as cranky and some times just as hard to handle, but I still love them both and would never upgrade either to a new model. This was a reverse advertisement to me and just confirmed to me NOT to replace mine, no easy start and no safety brake, best tool I have ever been given. Thanks for that!
And is that supposed to be a plus?I like my Old McCulloch chainsaws, but these things look like another version of a Poulan .Which is another brand saw destroyed by Husqvarna. They seem to make every brand they aquire just as sorry as their own name brand saws. Such a shame.
The industrial designer has beautiful soft hands that's more worried about looks than performance. My old 7-10A is still tough as hell. Those good ol mcculloch days are gone.
Is this supposed to be a joke? Is that really how they advertise they're chainsaw's? I had trouble watching the end due to the massive amounts of tears flowing from the laughter, it looked like a SNL skit.
well i have to tell you all with your negative comments that i just bought this saw off e bay 126.99 free shipping and used it for one day. not only does it look cool but it surpassed my expecations by far. i hope it last me a long time. very good product from swedon. ill get back on here later this spring and update you about this saw
JB WILLIAMS Hahahaha, nothing worse than a new chainsaw that gives in about a month later, mcculloch used to be up there with stihl, echo and husqvarna back in the day but now there dirt and they used to be in any hardware store but now u'll never see them as now there is the Chinese dirt that the stores overprice when u can get them on eBay for 100 or less, stick to stihl or husqvarna or even echo
The problem is...men who use chainsaws don’t care about how it looks, rather how it performs! Yet I’m here to help McCulloch; start modeling your saws after the old 10-10 philosophy, and men will start buying your saws again.
I have a 1980's Mac pro 10 10 s. It would eat this thing alive even today. McCullough needs to get back to that concept. I want my woman to look pretty not my chainsaw. Lol
Yea I have a real Mac 125 cc of manhood old no chain brake ugly and bad to the bone make them like they used to and I will buy one put a pig in a dress its still a pig.old school rules
This is definitely the saw to use if your going to be posing on social media making out that your a big manly 'lumberjack' But if you want a saw that is for work - then buy a Husky. I thought McCulloch were one of the champs when It cane to powersaws... I guess them days are done.
Looking for reviews on the mcculloh chainsaw and this just threw me straight off... You think a man cares about fashion? Silly hipsters have no idea what you are doing.
Uh....ok...yup, it looks really cool.....but please tell me how that is somehow important in a chainsaw. In the mean time, I'll stick with my 1970s vintage mac 10-10a, it looks like crap, but it gets the job done.
When in gawds name did any sawman bucker or pulpwooder ever ask for a McCulloch chainsaw with good looks are sleek design features?. Also who in the hell wants a black powersaw??? You need to be able to see them from a distance..... no wonder Mac went under ...
This is nothing but Electrolux they own poulan poulan pro weed eater and husqvarna lower grade home owners models like at lowes if u look at husqvarnas models to there's there the Same just different colors
A.step backwards. Black is a bad colour choice for a chainsaw (& cycling gear & rucksacks & forest tools) IMHO. Too much focus on silly cosmetic appearance - it's a chainsaw for heaven's sake - and not enough on functionality, robustness, reliability, repairability and general practicality. They've got their priorities wrong :( Soft-start & tool-less adjustment - good. BTW Local dealers and hardware stores around here in the UK won't touch McCulloch - they can't get parts (they will repair Ryobi as well as Stihl/Huqvarna, as their parts are readily available and affordable enough to make repair worthwhile). Has their designer ever used a chainsaw? Probably not.
the real Masculine Mculloch saws are the olden day ones - tell me the 797 and the 125 doesnt reek of testosterone. the new gen ones looks like every other Husqvarna saws :/
"Coolest chainsaw"? Lousy joke. You should know that it's powered by a HEAT engine, a relatively low-efficiency 2-stroke. This division of the company must be where Husqy sends all their whackos/weirdos/fruitcakes.
Well you are not far off, it is now illegal to fire someone for being of confused sexual origin and a company can be sued in half if it can be proven they are prejudice or not empowering the confused, so husqy brilliantly made a branch of the company just for them,to do their own thing and be themselves
@@wolfmanrebel874 I could give a rat's-ess about the orientation of the fashionistas designing tools, or their fashion statements. Maybe that's why I like my 576 Husqy or 61 cc Dolkita, or other WORKING saws. No time for the other crap, nor stihl.
WOW!!! A chainsaw that you can put in a display case somewhere and it looks cool Take it out and use it and hello unreliability and disappoint. Lol what a joke.
Is this what McCulloch has been reduced to?
After seeing a Swedish hipster discuss the masculine lines of this saw I bought a Stihl instead...
Ville I
Yup stihl is #1

Im a prowd owner of cs 50 s. Amazing dising a lot of power all the parts hard as steel very good quality end very very low fuel consaption.
The whole intention of the design was to make it look "cool". lol Does it cut wood?
Once proud and strong McCulloch
The CS 410 Elite is produced and assembled in Sweden
And is that supposed to be a plus?I like my Old McCulloch chainsaws, but these things look like another version of a Poulan .Which is another brand saw destroyed by Husqvarna. They seem to make every brand they aquire just as sorry as their own name brand saws. Such a shame.
Sorry old school is the only way to go . The dude talking about how cool it looks...oh please 1996 MAC 3200. Is a gem
The industrial designer has beautiful soft hands that's more worried about looks than performance. My old 7-10A is still tough as hell. Those good ol mcculloch days are gone.
i have that saw too!!!!!!! those fckers never break. i have a good ol reliable 7-10 and also a timberbear edition SP610 as a back up
Nothing is cooler than Stihl

I believe the old vintage saws are making a comeback for sure ,, can't replace them
If you want a manly saw get one from the 80s or earlier that has no chain brake
wtf is this a fashion show?
Is this supposed to be a joke? Is that really how they advertise they're chainsaw's?
I had trouble watching the end due to the massive amounts of tears flowing from the laughter, it looked like a SNL skit.
I feel like the guy cutting is going for a role in the new bee movie
well i have to tell you all with your negative comments that i just bought this saw off e bay 126.99 free shipping and used it for one day. not only does it look cool but it surpassed my expecations by far. i hope it last me a long time. very good product from swedon. ill get back on here later this spring and update you about this saw

JB WILLIAMS Hahahaha, nothing worse than a new chainsaw that gives in about a month later, mcculloch used to be up there with stihl, echo and husqvarna back in the day but now there dirt and they used to be in any hardware store but now u'll never see them as now there is the Chinese dirt that the stores overprice when u can get them on eBay for 100 or less, stick to stihl or husqvarna or even echo

where is asembled this model CS 410 Elite? Thanks
Old macs is where its at , you cant beat the 610 650 pro series or the 10-10 they are real McCulloch saws
I have a 1980's Mac pro 10 10 s. It would eat this thing alive even today. McCullough needs to get back to that concept. I want my woman to look pretty not my chainsaw. Lol
So a pen pusher made this saw? make it puuuurty and look nice. i dont care if it looks like it came from the titanic i want power!
The whole design was to make it look cool. Focus more on making it cut faster
Or cut at all lol
If Apple made chainsaws, this would be it. Who gives a fuck how it looks.
Gustav, nice hair cut.
What? My Mac 10-10 or my 7-10 Auto would cut that junk in half..
Bought this chainsaw last year it worked OK a for a while, then it wouldn't tick over and won't start when warm
Yea I have a real Mac 125 cc of manhood old no chain brake ugly and bad to the bone make them like they used to and I will buy one put a pig in a dress its still a pig.old school rules
They can't make them the way they use to because you actually have to have a set balls to use the old ones and NOONE in this video is qualified.
This is definitely the saw to use if your going to be posing on social media making out that your a big manly 'lumberjack'
But if you want a saw that is for work - then buy a Husky. I thought McCulloch were one of the champs when It cane to powersaws... I guess them days are done.
Hahaha I want power and reliably I'll stick with my stihl and husky saws. my uncle has mac saws iake 3 cuts before he has his going hahahaha
I make #
The Forbidden Unit! - Daniel Gregor true, it takes me 8 pulls to get it going, so I never use it as I have a stihl way easier to start
these saws are stihl an husqvarna lol
yup you got it history lol
Who cares how it looks
paint it pink, that's a better color for that product, ist the hello kitty chainsaw
Looking for reviews on the mcculloh chainsaw and this just threw me straight off... You think a man cares about fashion? Silly hipsters have no idea what you are doing.
The yellow ones look better
muito boa
Uh....ok...yup, it looks really cool.....but please tell me how that is somehow important in a chainsaw. In the mean time, I'll stick with my 1970s vintage mac 10-10a, it looks like crap, but it gets the job done.

pure f4990try
cool!
This ain’t no McCullough. It’s a poulan with a different brand name.
Is this a joke? Who cares about the lines and the look. Show up to a forestry job with this saw and see what people think.
ill stay with Stihl
These saws are a joke compared to what McCulloch used to be
the real Masculine Mculloch saws are the olden day ones - tell me the 797 and the 125 doesnt reek of testosterone.
the new gen ones looks like every other Husqvarna saws :/
Lmfao!
