    Jeffrey Goldberg, MD, PhD, is a professor and chair of the department of ophthalmology at the Byers Eye Institute at Stanford University. His clinical and research efforts focus on retinal and optic nerve diseases such as glaucoma and discovering stem cell and nanotechnology treatments to cure blindness. Dr. Andrew Huberman is a tenured professor of neurobiology and ophthalmology at Stanford University School of Medicine and host of the Huberman Lab podcast.

    After laser eye surgery my vision was recorded as 20/8, and it was absolutely amazing. It’s been nearly 8 years now, and it’s definitely dropped off, but would be surprised if it’s much worse than 20/20.

    Hello Dr Huberman, i watching your podcast, mostly on youtube, you mentioned often about sleep and rest and bodily repair, In my case i have no choice but work on revolving 12 hr shifts, that means 2 days work, 2 off and so on, every second weekend is a working one for 3 days/nights, second aspect first 2 days are day shifts the next ones are night shifts and it starts over. Could you make a video dedicated to us, hard working industry employees having this kind of life style? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for teaching us the pleb so many interesting stuff

    Can someone recommend an excellent Lasik surgeon in California?

      ​@@BOTAimBotz cuz you never recover from lasik, retina flap is never fully connected to tissues, have to be careful with punches into eyeballs.

    I'm going to be getting 20 20 vision in my right eye 👁 and left eye 👁 when I go to the eye 👁 doctor 👁 😀 I'm going to be getting the big frames glasses that my grandmother 👵 and my grandfather 👵 👴 had on their eyes 👀 when I was a little boy 👦 and the ones that Steve urkel had on his eyes 👀 on family matters did I do that

    Because of that original podcast, I paid extra to have my optometrist test my eye health. Thankfully, the results were good but I still require corrective lenses. We think we are special with all these devices to see, 🛰📡even under water but an eagle 🦅can do that without man made equipment and without creating a climate crisis. See the big picture 🖼🙏
