By Air: The nearest airport is Jodhpur Airport, about 285 km away. From there, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Jaisalmer.
By Train: Jaisalmer is well-connected by rail. The Jaisalmer Railway Station has regular trains to major cities like Delhi, Jaipur, and Jodhpur.
By Road: Jaisalmer is accessible via road from cities like Jodhpur, Bikaner, and Jaipur. State and private buses, as well as taxis, are available.
2. Best Time to Visit
October to March: The best time to visit Jaisalmer is during the winter months when the weather is pleasant and ideal for sightseeing.
April to September: The summer months can be extremely hot, and the monsoon season sees minimal rainfall.

A. Gadisar Lake. [Lake er kachei gari park kora jabe..1 minute walking distance.]
B. Jaisalmer Fort (bikaler dike jaben, taholei valo lage beshi. ai dhorun 6 tar somoy. jodio 6 tar pore fort er kichuta part bondho hoye jay..but kichuta ghurte parben.) [ektu hatte hobe kintu.]
Ai 2 toi dekha possible hobe.
Patwa Havellli sedin na hawar chancei beshi.. R Kuldhara mone hoy na apnader jonyo suitable hobe jehetu apnar sathe aged person thakchen.
Kuldhara avoid korai better. Onekta hatte hobe.
2. Ebar asi next din er kothay.
Next din Sam Sand Dunes er jonyo journey start korlen via Tanot. Distance kintu onektai. 120+ KM, even Tanot Mandir theke Sam onekta.. arro 120+ KM. but road condition darun. But Sam dhokar last 6 km kintu khub baje rasta.
On the way te Kuldhara porbe (amar mote avoid korai better). Then Tanot Mata Temple.
Tanot Mata Temple kintu apnader Sam Sand Dunes er way tei porbe. Ebar jodi apnara IND PAK border dekhte chan toh apnader Sam Sand Dunes er ultodike jete hobe. Etate 1 -1.30 hrs extra lagbe (Tanot Mata Temple dekhe IND PAK border ghure abar Tanot Mata Temple er sathe aste).
** IND PAK border dekhte chaile apnake 1 - 1.3 hrs extra hat e niye berote hobe early morning. [bcz Uncle Aunty ke niye definitely apni Bikal 6 tar modhey dhukte chaiben Sam Sand Dunes.]

3. Next din Sam tehke beriye direct bikaner. Etao onekta journey. Almost 300 KM. Ai dinta apnara jodi Jaisalmer er upor diye jan toh Patwa Haveli ta dekhe jete paren.
Distance onekta kore holeo journey ta mone hobe na bcz road condition khub valo.
