Marcus Allen returning to L.A. in a Chiefs uniform!! This game would have been even better if Montana wasn't injured. Allen flourished so much after going to K.C. after the last 3 or 4 years as a Raider in what seemed to be sabotage from Al Davis. Never understood that relationship between Davis and Allen. Here I am in 2023 watching a game from 1993!! Keep up the good work posting these games!!
As a Raiders fan my whole life, I actually enjoyed this game because Marcus Allen was my childhood hero. Still to this day, my all time favorite football player. He showed AL Davis in this game that he was far from being washed up
My NBC station WXIA channel 11 didn't carry this game which me so mad knowing that the Atlanta Falcons were playing verses the rams down the road in Anaheim plus seeing the highlights of this game on ESPN on NFL primetime and sportscenter
yeah, that's gotta be that "double header" rule since Falcons would also have been playing at 4pm EST. Isn't it amazing how we can remember shit like that from 30 years ago?!
@leogetz3570 Yes they were at the rams in Anaheim at 4pm and CBS had a double header which means that my NBC station WXIA channel 11 wasn't going to show the raiders chiefs in Los Angeles I mean NBC shows the Dolphins @ Eagles at 1pm which got me so mad
@@juliansmith1951they did that a lot in the Atlanta market. Show teams that they think fans want to see if the falcons were on the road and the opposite network carried whatever game that was I guess good. Sometimes that happened when the falcons game was black out locally. They show a game that is not a total good matchup between two different teams
