Mikistli es un álbum que nos adentra al mundo de los muertos, en la primera pieza Iniciación se encuentra la primera parada que hace el alma para realizar el viaje al más allá, a aquí suplica al señor de los muertos Micltantecuhtli y la señora de los muertos Mictecacihuatl, por el descanso eterno y favor en el largo viaje que le sigue.
Y he aquí al final, que comienza el viaje, el viaje al mundo de los caídos, entre pájaros de humo y sueños anochecidos, en búsqueda del señor de los muertos, el de los ojos de estrella, señor de búhos y murciélagos y la señora del mecate la que vigila los huesos a descansar de la vida en el eco eterno del silencio.

And here at the end, that the journey begins, the journey to the land of the fallen, between birds of smoke and nightling dreams, in search of the lord of the dead, the one with the star eyes, lord of owls and bats, and the lady of the rope, the one who watches the bones, to rest from life in the eternal echoes of silence.
