    when you'll fukking fix the problem of visa cards, most of the clients are suffering for 2 weeks having this credit card taking monthly fees from them and can't use it to pay online
    bad services literally

      Dear clients,
      Currently, due to technical reasons, subscription payments on platforms such as Shopify, Spotify, and Netflix are not debited from your Visa card. We have informed Contis, the Visa card issuer who is responsible for the performance of this service. At the moment, we have no information from the card issuer on when subscription payments will be working again. We recommend that you temporarily add another payment card to your subscription platforms.
      We apologise for any inconvenience. If you have another problem with a card not recurring payments, please contact to customer support by email support@paysera.com

      they can only charge fees. nothing else. and hold client money

      @@slaviiliev4175 they disabled paying with the card and behind it is Solaris group from what i heard, the card is useless now i'm even sure it can't be linked to paypal with the payments being disabled, plus on that you might not be able to receive your money from paypal even while solaris keeps holding a grudge

    I opened an account but when I try to confirm my identity it was refused I asked for more information via email but no one answers so far, what do I do? I live in Tunisia but my identity documents are Congolese

      @@payseraI have sent several email. most of them at least 2 weeks ago. There is still no answer. no comment to your company. total disgrace
