After installing node.js I got the following error:
    npm -v
    npm : File C:\Program Files
    odejs
pm.ps1 cannot be loaded because running scripts is disabled on this system.
The only way I got it to work was with: set-executionpolicy unrestricted in Windows PowerShell
Is there any other (safer) way?

The endings of these videos always get me. It feels like laravel , as a framework, is nothing but a friendly helper to build projects. Thank you so much.

The Laravel tagline is The PHP Framework for Web Artisans, so maybe artisans? I haven't heard of a term for php developers before.
