Should not be a problem if that is what you want since it comes with extensions with bare wires. You could still just unplug the extensions when taking the trunk off.
Issue would be that you would not be able to take the top case off - without removing both seats and pulling the wire out of the clips. Now if you could connect to the trunk plug, when you disconnect the trunk it all comes with it. maybe there is a different way that I am not thinking of.
You do not remove both seats to take the trunk off on the RT, just the passenger seat which is very easy. You can not take the trunk off without removing passenger seat. You only unplug and it all goes with the trunk.
Can this be connected to the Show Chrome fuse box? All my extra lights go to the Rt fuse box.

What do you suggest be done if there is already a break out installed for one of your light isolation boxes?
