I came to the comments to say this! Rural girlie here, pasteurization is just heating the milk to kill bacteria from the cows’ udders. It extends its shelf life and keeps folks from catching all kinds of nasties. Don’t drink raw milk!
I want to move to Texas. BUt I don’t do well with humidity. I can deal with heat but not humidity although I’m used to it since I’m from the East Coast. Can you tell me what the least humid city in Texas. My corporate office in Dallas/Plano
