Fried dirt is my favorite it is really Crispy and holds a lot of flavor
I'm glad you asked! well the trick to really get the flavours out is the broil it with a helping of gravel, it really pulls out the sourness and leaves you with a nice smooth texture of the dirt. It's definitely not the preferred method of most culinary experts that you'll talk to but honestly, it's a quick and easy way to do it from home if you don't have access to a proper kitchen set up. hope this helps!
