The biggest pain I experience in game is trying to intimidate the guards on Shadow Raid but forgetting to hold F for long enough and making them shoot you which alerts everyone in the warehouse
the pain... bruh when the team fails a stealth heist and this one guy that doesnt know how to restart, ended up wasting 5 times for all of the crew to get downed so the game restarts.
For me 1.) Low lvls unnecessarily killing civillians and putting drills when you have lockpick (Or playing with low lvls overall) 2.) Hostages getting stuck 3.) Forgetting to change equipment 4.) Forgetting to switch to stealth/loud gear 5.) Randoms bringing loud gear on a stealth heist 6.) Alerting guards that are just lightly tapped 7.) Failing long heists in the last few seconds (ex. ozela) 8.) Unintentionally hanging up pagers because something blocked 9.) Low lvls using your doctor bags every 30 seconds 10.) Bugs (Like bullets passing through a wall, Alerting an AI that is behind a wall/glass. 11.) Cloaker/zombie that immediately kills you when you're farming kills 12.) Stealthing Diamond store
the time when you buy something good for stealth, but you cant do the stealth mission BECAUSE THE GUN IS NEW AND YOU FROGOT THE SILENCER SO YOU HAVE O LEAVE AND REJOIN AGAIN AND LOOSE 300K TO BUY A SILENCER BUT YOU CANT AFFORD IT BECAUSE YOU SPENT IT ALL ON THE MISSION. *deep breath*

What about when you get the wrong kit for the game, or when your friend is in custody and you accidently shoot the trade civillian, or when you're acting greedy and lose before you secure the last bag.

You didn't show the part when guards in shadow raid stand still and do absolutely nothing. Blocking your way to a important area and only moving at the exact moment you're 1 meter behind them so you get detected.

And "Resourcefull" (ACED) and "Fully loaded" (ACED) on tier 4 and 5 of the enforcer tree help out alot with the rpk.
