Great video my nana bought me a random tayberry plant for my birthday and I didn’t know what I was doing so thanks make sure you do more videos I love the outdoors thanks
WE only have about 9 inches of soil above rock so no large posts can go in. I've seen one guy just tie all the stems loosely together and support them with the odd cane. Its sort of works. Raspberries grow on a loose wire because you can't tension against any post. Thanks for the video
Hello! Do tayberries spread like raspberries or do they tend to stay put?! I know that black raspberries make their “hills” and that’s what I meant by “spread”. Thank you!
Well…looks beautiful-but much more intensive than this little urban food forest I’m doing!
This video is SO very helpful. I just bought a bunch of bare root berries on clearance as the ideal planting season has just ended.

Boysenberry is actually a cross between 4 different berries: European blackberry, European raspberry, American dewberry, and Loganberry.
Loganberry x American dewberry actually
Maybe 8 years ago I planted a dead looking twig like the first plant you had and today it’s a 6’ azaleas 🌺

How long do you leave the string wrapped around the plant?
Growing Distance apart please ?
those support poles need to be at a much shallower angle otherwise the end pole will lift out of the ground!
How far apart do you plant them
Hi, Tayberries and boysenberries need 2.5-3m between each plant. Hope that helps.
