    Spot on. Political leaders spewing race hate, not the general public.

    We really are tired of division creating race hustling. We want reasonable solutions to uplift our country but as long as they continue to divide us we cant get a solution. Funny Lindiwe Sizulu lives in Linden a predominantly white area and shops in that area. If she doesn't like us why doesn't she live in a predominantly black area. It boggles the mind. Hypocrisy. She wants her cappuccino but she doesn't want 'colonialism' . 😂 i love South Africa and all the people in it. No other country will understand how amazing we are as a people. Especially our dry humour we ALL HAVE in tough times in South 🇿🇦 Africa

    It is wrong to say MK party has nothing to do with the ANC military wing. Zuma was a significant player in the MK military wing.
    In many ways MK party can be seen as a splintering of ANCs factions.
    Voter participation is less than 40%. So much for wanting democracy.

    • @ColonelChrisWyatt
      @ColonelChrisWyatt  3 месяца назад +1

      No. It's not wrong. You are incorrectly inferring something. MK only a few thousand actual, genuine participants, not the 100,000 who claim to be "veterans."
      MK got 2.3M votes,almost none of them are MK vets.

    QI: (1) The old NP was consumed by the ANC in 20024 - talk about an unexpected marriage! (2) If the DA has as an ancestor it is the old Progressive Party, who under Jan Smuts vehemently opposed the NP many decades ago and, if but for the two twentieth centaury world wars, might have governed from the centre instead of Prime Minister DF Malan, he of the Purified National Party nogal!; (3) There were 70 parties (and 11 independents) who contested the 2024 SA General election. Of these, two have white leaders: the DA and the FF+. (4) The DA is ostensibly the ONLY non-racial party in SA given it is the official opposition (garnering 3.5m votes recently) with a a voter base broadly consisting of 30% black, 30% coloured and 30% white folks of every creed, culture, language and religion. A "rainbow nation" the ANC/MK/EFF/PA ain't!

    Nelson mandela was not one of the founders of the anc. It was formed in1912, well before mandeka was born. He just made it infamous

    Probably nothing will change the people running this country are the working people not the politicians we never needed them

    • @jacobuserasmus
      @jacobuserasmus 3 месяца назад

      I agree we never needed the politicians. But they do control the country through cadre deployment. With ANC not the dominant party anymore they will find it very difficult to keep their cadre deployment going (people that receive positions because of their political connections). This alone will make a huge difference. The other big things is that the ANC have always played the race card to try and win votes. They simply cannot do this anymore. So for South Africa probably in the short term not a big change. But a chance to finally move back to 1994 where people actually work together to build the country rather than against each other.

  • @jamesxanthios1317
    @jamesxanthios1317 3 месяца назад

    So India had an election where 652 million people voted. It ended on June 1st. Modi failed to obtain a majority but put together a coalition and was sworn in as President on June 9th.
    South Africa’s election only saw 16 million people vote and ended on May29th. The ANC lost the majority, still has no coalition, and Ramaphosa hasn’t been swarm in as President either.
    Stark difference between leadership and the avoidance of decision making.

  • @AlbertusMBezuidenhout
    @AlbertusMBezuidenhout 3 месяца назад

    In 30 years the political parties did not learn to work together...mainly because the ANC dominated! How are they going to do that now!? The quality of the non voters , voters and leaders in SA are questionable! Thats why we are in this position of coalition!

  • @Jono98806
    @Jono98806 3 месяца назад

    I'm pretty sure that the president will remain as Ramaphosa. What's more interesting is how the policies will change with a coalition government.
