Shagufta, I had a back injury in 2002 and I had a back surgery. Now I’ve been getting epidural steroid shots in my back every three months now. I used to take narcotics for pain but I started getting sick so I stopped. Now, I’ve been taking two extra strength Tylenol and two ibuprofen and it helps me though it’s not 💯 percent but it helping me. Try taking these pain killers together. I know and believe it’s going to help you. Plus, make a turmeric oil. I make it with Olive oil. And if you can find someone who can massage you with this oil it would be worth it. I wanted to asked you also that please don’t go to the chiropractor because they will ruin your back and you can be paralyzed.

Please consult a neuro physician or neurosurgeon as it's not the chiropractors job. My mother also went to chiropractor first and her pain got worst, when we went to neurosurgeon, he did MRI and it was multiple disc dessication and disc bulge and now she is on physiotherapy and over the counter medications
