Give a warm welcome to Ben who's helping showcase a few great guitars over the next few weeks! Dr. Ric is also back next week as well so stay tuned. I never introduced Ben last time he was on the channel so I figured it would be nice to do a chat with him on this video. Cheers!
Good to see Ben back on the channel!!! He did a great job hosting when you were away a few years ago. Looking forward to more videos with you two and yeah those guitars are great!!!😎😎😎🎸🎸🎸🎸
It's good to see Ben on the channel again. I was impressed with his playing in previous vids. I still have my ultra-heavy Artist TC59 tele :-) A boat anchor, but it plays so well and sounds good. It'll be interesting to see how these newer guitars are. Thanks.
Hi Ben, looking forward to hearing you play I am amazed at these guitars and how good they look, try and use an amp we all know like a Fender deluxe reverb if possible Thank you
No worries, I had a lot of people ask about these and thankfully Ben was available to help out with some videos. The Tele is pretty great. It's one of the lightest electric guitars I've seen from anyone.
Nice! I LIKED that 'Tele'! My LP59 is still a GREAT guitar! A few h/w niggles, but in terms of build quality, punches way above the top tier Epiphones, EXCEPT for the 'inspired by' series which are phenomenal instruments but probably still a tad OVER priced!
@@nobuzzlitebeer7258 They ARE ok, but I am not sold on the bridge model! Neck is nice & flutey sounding. WANT them to sound even better? Take the covers OFF! They are only made of cheap pot brass & strangle the top end & overall clarity! As I have taken the BBs apart, the bobbins are very shallow, much less deep than the standard PAF style hum bucker. The ONLY way they could have got the omhs reading that high IS by more turns of thinner wire. Maybe 43 or 44G wire! (Instead of the standard 42G!)
Cheap guitars can be really good IF you know how to do a little work, tho I have had some in my hands that were absolute trash. But for a beginner, I'd say "No".
i also have that Post shave shame where i search my chin after i Cut my beard of every 6 to 9 months or so. dont do it Shane. bald people need a beard.
@@intheblues That's my point, yes its the end of the world when its been sold out for a while and your promoting it. The AS72 is also out of stock, 5 months delivery? we are not talking about a rare special guitar here, we are talking Chinese. There are plenty of choices out there in stock in the same price range.

Thanks, Doogle! You'll be pleased to know this tele weighed something like 2.7kgs! It was so light! :) Cheers mate!
@@intheblues That's 'cos they scrubbed most of the paint off! 🙂 My TC59 is 4.8kg (10.6lb)!
Ben's a great player, lovely guy, and knows the correct aisle at Coles for all things grocery based....

My GAS needs a guy like Ben so both lefties and righties are covered. Ben's return for this series will be fun!
Thanks man! He's done a great job on these videos, I hope you dig them :) Cheers.
My GAS needs these videos as well 🤣 my wallet, however...

I have the LP59 in translucent black and I'm really happy with it, can't fault the build quality and those Bullbucker pups are excellent.

Do you have an affiliate link for Artist Guitars USA?
The new ones you showcased don’t seem to be on the US site yet. Hopefully soon. That green over paisley was awesome!
If you use the link in the description you can just change the location at the top of the site I think :) Cheers!
Way cool
Thanks, Keith!
hello ben hello shane
Thanks for watching, mate! I hope you're doing well. I need to come down and check out the store and say hello. It's been ages! :)

Haha 100% 🤣
What a joke the AT53 models are all out of stock until August!!👎whats the point of this video??
😂 They've sold out at the moment, it's not the end of the world. This is a first impressions video of a few guitars that are coming up.

Settle down mate, the world don't revolve around you.
Well said. This was more about introducing Ben. The guitar videos will be up when there's stock for those wondering. Cheers 😎@@nobuzzlitebeer7258
