Used to fly in and work at the Hospital in Trail, the Colander restaurant was always the choice for the first and last nights of the trip. It was like eating dinner at an Italian family's house in the 60's. The Colander could be used as a movie set today.

The Colander Restaurant is a popular place and we felt that a video about Trail BC would not be complete without at least showing the Colander. It is one of our favorites too.
