I still can’t believe they made 3 movies of this 😭
I would make 7...the 4th would be a romcom, the 5th a time travel queer romance,the 6th a drama abbout racism and the last a revelation that we are of the strangers
They were filmed back to back apparently, so there was little to nothing they could've done to salvage this trilogy.
im glad i havent even seen not a one. as much as i like Madelyn in riverdale, shes only good as a tv star and not for movies. i knew this wasnt going to be anywhere near what a theatrical should be.

How disconnected does a person need to be to explore a series called "The *STRANGERS* "?
The entire reason why they're so haunting is the fact that you don't know anything about them. The horror is in the unknown.
EXACTLY they weren't some group of slasher killers with names and personalities they were a group of strangers the original was a home invasion film which is something none of the other strangers films seem to get right
The makers of these 3 films really said "Let's turn 3 random masked killers who break into people's houses to torment and kill them into a couple where the young Pin Up Girl killed another girl after she saw her kissing the young Masked Man. And Dollface for some reason joins in on the woman her boyfriend flirted with in front of her killing people."
Exactly the point. If strangers come to rob or kill you, you don't know their WHOLE backstory. You know nothing about them.

Prey at Night is so fucking good. How the hell was this trilogy made? Just make a sequel to Prey at Night with copycat killers after Kinsey and Luke. The Strangers do NOT need to be humanized. They were just crazies in the first two films.

In my theater everyone cheered after the ending and someone shouted "What a waste of my time." That was more entertaining than this entire trilogy that sabotaged what made the 2008 movie work

When you said “they’re my family” for a second I thought see you again was about to start playing lol
The deal was they could kill, but not any of the residents of the town… aka… strangers. In the end, they both lost everyone they cared about, so I thought she would leave him alone to live with that. She probably realized he’s just going to keep killing, so she ended him. I like the ending tease of her seemingly enjoying killing too.

The original Strangers is one of my fave movie and Prey at Night was fine, until the killers started to become unkillable toward the end, like Jason or Michael but this trilogy is such a disappointment.

I’m just gonna say it. I genuinely liked this trilogy. It’s not as good as Prey At Night, but it gets the job done. Though I will say, the ending of chapter 3 left a little to be desired.

Happy Birthday 🥳🎂I was hoping for better. Problem is they filmed all 3 films early. Yeah they do reshoots but this shouldn't of been that hard. I read articles that they would introduce new Strangers like a Witch-Face and Ghost-Face. This whole town being odd and strange could've been done differently. This could've been any other Horror movie so why remake The Strangers? Only the 2008 movie was scary.
