I feel like I have found my playstyle, I love javs and can actually do something if I’m playing a support role, maybe still bring one purple melee unit, loved the battle
Javs are a fantastic unit to be aggressive yet supportive thanks to their burst damage. Compliment the warband with full mastery imperial pike guard and that keeps you a proper threat in the match against infantry and cav!
Javs, and range units in general, are a good way of getting plenty of kills whilst the rest of your team holds the front line, and do all the heavy fighting for you. You get to play the game whilst being as far of the actual fight as possible, a hell of a "playstyle"! if you ask me. Sweet!. And if all goes south, you can always shout in the chat "we need some shields here!". Massive contribution to the team's effort.
@@666xurxo I like playing a support style with javs especially because I can be close if the team needs another player in the mix, I play spear so I am kinda a crowd control type, I can hold off enemy players for a while though, so it’s a win win
An argument could be made that picking off strong enemy units with javs is better for the team than bringing shields. In the end though a team with well balanced war bands lead to strong teams,
