    thank you for this. it's the only video i found on youtube that explained the process of what to do with the seeds until it's time to plant them... looking forward to giving it a try!

    I collected some of these oranges two years ago. I put the whole fruits in a pot with a bit of soil and let it all outside all winter long, totally unprotected. In spring the fruit was decomposed and I thought no seed was going to sprout. I recycled that soil forgetting some seeds inside it. Guess what: they were popping out like weeds inside the other plant pots where I did not really want them to grow. Super invasive!!!

      Hi Lorenzo. Well I'm glad it works... I tried buying seed online and it always failed. Someone told me it has to be fresh seed for it to work. I love the shape of the thorns and of course it's fun seeing oranges in NY

    I have a hardy orange too This was its first year of fruit I was very excited The thorns are insane I dont have the contorted variety loved seeing yours My tree is now about 7 feet tall
