This video was different. Scott seems like the ultimate loner nature guy. Nothing but admiration for him. I absolutely loved the vistas...stunning. And that clear blue, unpolluted sky...wow! Funny parts. Eating a stick of butter like a candy bar...bears hiding in the rocks. Great video. Thanks, Matt.

I wasn't one who requested, but I definitely searched for and binge watched all of your trout/camping vids last year. Nice...

Use to backpack in the Sierra's, and the best lure we had was the Super Duper. The trout would smash it.

Hey Matt, fun video as usual! The trout you caught looks like a Brookie, Golden trouts have a pink stripe just like a Rainbow so it may not be s Brookie but it’s definitely not a Golden. Keep up the good work sir! 🙏

in Switzerland, we love to fish for Trout. There are some baits that are essential for your tacklebox when going for Trout. I would highly recommend you to get some small nacre-spoons!
Awesome Video, keep it up :)

The higher you go, the waters typically have much less insect life so the trout are usually stunted. Often they’ll have larger heads and mouths and dwarf bodies. They just don’t have the food abundance that exists in the lower elevations. Gorgeous fish but you’ll rarely ever find anything large.

That is normally true but in this specific location that is not the case. If you know, you know.

Use a Sawyer Mini Water filter instead of the Lifestraw it’s more efficient
