End city coordinates:-2200 ~ -600, -1800 ~ 900, -1900, -550(no ship), -1500 ~ 600, -1200 ~ -600. The seed is -4401469083215669849 (only works for 1.17 Java edition and down, I recommend using this seed for hardcore at 1.14.2 so you can get multiple protection enchantments on an armor piece). I found this seed randomly in 1.14.2 while generating a world for a hardcore world. Use Chunkbase's seed map to check if you want to.

BastiGHG usually does really hard challenges so 3 days ingame time are kinda normal.The longest I‘ve seen on his channel was Level = Teleport with 19 days ingame time (It was a challenge were he could just go up or down.But for very level he gets one Ender pearl to throw.But he couldn’t get Ender pearls with trading or killing Enderman)
