Clone Hero is made in Unity. There isn't even an install for the game

Upgraded game engine, graphics, animations, and more
Mods for songs! Speed songs up as high as 5000% faster than normal (!!), make songs all tap notes, or even all strums depending on the challenge you want

you should also check out Phase Shift by DWSK. it has all the features of clone hero but is essentially fully developed. it has support for all rockband and guitar hero controllers and has online and local multiplayer.

Hey Jason, What are your calibration settings for Clone Hero? Do you use vsync at all?
So far, on my personal PC/monitor setup, 100ms Audio and 0 video seems to be the way to go. Adjust from there if needed. I've had the best experience with Vsync off and capping the framerate to 200. Let me know how that works if you try it. :)

Hey Jason, do you know if you can disable hit flames and star power fx on Clone Hero? Because its kind of distracting for me.
You can disable animations on flames and particles at the bottom for sure. Not sure about the star power effects.
