Hi Lisa, if it's alerts about our RUclips videos you're referring to, you need to make sure you have notifications turned on via our Chanel. To do that you need to go to our Chanel and you should see the button saying subscribed with an arrow pointing down. Click on that and it will give you options about how RUclips notifies you about our videos. You ideally want to have ALL selected. Hope this helps, please let us know how you get on. Barry
