After all if u follow of how horror works on ghost activities try to doing jumpscare, that's normal for him to be surprise 3. u have to know that the Shirou i'm using right now is from Unlimited Blade Works, he only encounter wierd being is bunch magic skeletons that were made by Caster - Medea, and thru whole series he never seen a ghost alike, and u cannot expect "a person" to act normal when suddenly got teleport out of nowhere to be aware of sitting to watch something in a strange place, until they comfortable they expect less, from watching Miko who is literally a normal highschooler, who also quite unfortunate to have such "gift" to see ghost. So after 1st glimps of seeing 1, he would become aware, and start worry about her, i mean that's who he is, he care about everyone more than himself
also unlike the rest, they have seen it more than Shirou - ghost and zombie, etc.. and ofcs Shirou trauma is a thing, this is about a girl who have to live a life of seeing ghost around her, she never ask for it but yet she have it, ofcs he would be worry about her, same as Ritsuka who also exprience a lot but care about her life, same as Rudeus and Rimuru just smart enough to know that she have overcome it no matter what, denji don't give a fck, touka is literally uncomfortable, Naofumi also don't give a fck, since he from season 1 episode 6/7 which he still hasn't gain any trust back from people and deeply hate woman after the b*tch done to him
