  • Living their life as an honest bagger seems to be a common theme for monkeys living in proximity with human beings in most countries and I don't blame them. I just hope that feeding is conducted in a more controlled manner that will not put them at risk during the process.

I have to confess that if I were there I'd feed them. Like you said, they now rely on handouts and whether or not it's the right thing to do, all living, breathing creatures have a right and a need to eat for survival.

Oh my goodness! What a tiny baby (12:43-13:04)! He looks so cute taking a few steps on his own and then falls and then Mom rescues him. He is precious, God bless him. You have such a talent for catching the little babies on film, Arroz! Thank you for letting me see these videos. Keep up the excellent work!

I've said it before, & I mean it, I love the brevity & concise titles you use. "Begging in the rain" could have been "OMG, timmy (or Creep Pea) fell in the well during a monsoon". I also appreciate you don't create situations to film as others do (you aren't pimping your wife out in videos with Creep Pea, instructing her every move, giving him more food than 5 macaques should eat while pushing away smaller, hungry babies). You are bringing us the highs and lows of their lives. I envy you your job.

(now that I have a much larger screen I can fix these time stamps and add more....)
So did anyone else catch her? Right up on the front lines of the opposing team?
❤️ Valorie ❤️ our amazing Valorie!
...obviously earlier in her disease but she was no one to mess with when protecting her troop.
You really need to use the SPEED section of your player and use the top motion option of it to slow it down the most.
Start at 20:13 and very soon she will come into frame and by 20:15 she should be right in the middle of your screen.
She challenges another Monkey who begins to turn away from her when the camera pans back left. She has better body mass here.
She comes up again as she walks from the very right hand side at 21:16 her mouth open as she walks.
Unless you have a large screen you may not see the next one but in case you do she walks back into frame and stays there. At 21:29 standing in the middle of the road. You can tell her mouth is still open, when she turns her head to the side though you can easily see her Dr. Suess characteristics especially with her lips. She stays in frame for quit some time before it pans back to the left.
When it comes back to the right, her team are running but at the right hand side, with a dark coat, she stops and turns around obviously ready to continue the battle at 22:02. It's VERY hard to see her if you don't have a large screen.
She stood her ground, she patrolled back and forth, she faced off monkeys individually. She fought for her Troop keeping to the name she would end up being given.

This are some darling lil ones, dark hair beauties. And some Dy sized mommas too. Some of these are big gals. Poor things begging for food as cars roll by, it’s just wrong. But as you stated it’s a evil we humans created. Hong Kong has human atrocities to deal with too, so I assume the monkeys are low on the list, aside from the experiments they r doing to them. Bless them all, someday maybe we can all learn that Mother Nature belongs to all of Earth and her creatures and we can live harmoniously together! I pray it’s sooner rather than later or too late...

Funny, the mother at 8:05 felt like you got a little too close to her baby but if you'd been handing out a bunch of food she woulda let you pet her baby! It's a strange relationship between them and us. I don't believe in them being fed by humans but then again, it's been happening for so long already without my permission I guess it would be a little inhumane to just suddenly stop all feeding now...tricky proposition.

    • @ArrozMarisco360

+Arroz Marisco BUT...this junk food could possibly make them sick..one little virus or infection could destroy a troop. I don't live there and really can't judge or do anything about this situation but can't the government or a nature authority authorize that only certain foods be allowed to be distributed in order to protect the health of these monkeys?

At least it looked like just a bunch of screaming and taunting, it didn't look like there was really that much physical fighting going on, or did I miss it it in the chaos? I'm re watching some of your older videos and I thought I'd comment on this video. Yes, I do agree with what you wrote at the beginning of the video "it's prob the humans fault who started and kept feeding the wild monkeys bc they now rely on their goodies handed/fed to them. Even sitting on a bridge during a huge storm with no cover/shelter allowing themselves to become soaked. The new age monkeys rely on food to be handed out to them yet, old age monkeys survived fine in the wild without goodies that were handed out and ate what God gave them in the jungle." I'm like you though, all that food we waste daily that sent to the landfills to be thrown away, why not hand it out to those who may enjoy it. I won't say need it bc I honestly feel that these monkeys can survive perfectly fine out in the wild and what they are suppose to eat BUT, because of us humans who started the trend in feeding them "people food" not only got the monkeys fatter but yet pickier as far as food is concerned. T

    • @shannonissweet8009
      @shannonissweet8009 7 лет назад

They now have larger stomachs bc of the food given to them which the natural food they have just doesn't fill them up and I feel that's why they now need the food that they now rely on. I also feel, some monkeys I see are too big in size from the people food causing them to become too fat which causes many complications due to their health along with them begging even more. Maybe I'm wrong here but that's honestly how I feel. Don't get me wrong I adore them and would want to feed them also bc of my heart. In reality, it honestly was the worse thing that us humans started doing from the beginning. What I also don't get is, you see this mother monkey sitting on a bridge getting soaked begging in the pouring rain with her big baby and infant baby, yet she bares her teeth (opens her mouth. But basically that's what's she's doing) at you Arroz (I'm assuming bc you got too close) a few dif times as well but you'd think she would be a bit nicer to those who feeds her! That's the one thing I

+ShannonDamnit thing I don't care about the monkey personality! I don't expect them to roll over on their backs for a human to rub their bellies but geese... They know humans are their main feeding source these days yet, their so MEAN and nasty to the humans. I can't imagine how many people get bit, attacked, and or injured by these animals. They are your best buddies when you have food in your hand (if your lucky and have a nicer monkey like Reddy) who will be your best friend when you have food in your hand but the moment you don't or that food is gone, some will attack you. As much as I love them to death, I feel that's why they were meant to be in the jungle and not fed by humans.. Then again, I've seen on other channels such as BB Lover over where those monkeys are fed so much (too much) and some of them are very friendly (mainly the younger ones) and jump on you etc. There is some hope that the younger ones are raised around humans so when they get older they may be nicer to huma

+Anna Wesson Etters Agreed! Studies have shown that when monkeys are fed that it increases aggression and fighting among them regardless of how much food is available! They are so much nicer to watch in an area where people never feed them. they go about their natural business and don't bother people at all and you can watch them as they might really act in the wild. It is so much better for them and for the people NOT to be feeding them.
